OS DESAFIOS DA INTERSETORIALIDADE DAS INSTITUIÇÕES NO ATENDIMENTO ÀS MULHERES VÍTIMAS DE VIOLÊNCIA, JOÃO PESSOA-PB
Este trabalho versa discutir sobre o atendimento às mulheres vítima de violência e propõe contextualizar o Centro de Referência de Assistência Social na perspectiva do serviço social crítico, analisando a materialização da intersetorialidade e sua importância para a efetivação dos direitos sociais dos que são atendidos nesse centro, especialmente as mulheres usuárias vítimas de violência. Conforme a Topografia Social (2009), o município apresenta 65 unidades territoriais com as quais se identifica a população local. O “chão” de João Pessoa é organizado por lei municipal em 59 bairros e 6 regiões especiais, sendo ela a terceira cidade mais antiga do Brasil. Com fins de olhar a realidade do território de vivenciar das mulheres vítimas de violência usuárias do Cras, optamos academicamente em realizar um estudo bibliográfico e documental para a análise da lógica das ações de intersetorialidade que envolveu a coleta de dados e a percepção do cotidiano dessas mulheres, utilizando a pesquisa e a vivência como estagiária do Cras no bairro do Cristo/JP. Concluímos a partir das análises e experiencias vividas, que o Cras exerce papel fundamental na vida dessas mulheres, em razão de que além do atendimento imediato e encaminhamento para os serviços necessários, a equipe multiprofissional a partir do território que se encontra deve buscar conhecer as particularidades e necessidades básicas apresentadas pelas vítimas e suas famílias, a exemplo de alimentação, moradia, vagas em creches para os filhos, entre outras.

Abstract:
This paper discusses the assistance to women victims of violence and proposes to contextualize the Reference Center for Social Assistance in the perspective of critical social service, analyzing the materialization of intersectoriality and its importance for the realization of the social rights of those who are served in this center, especially female users who are victims of violence. According to Social Topography (2009), the municipality has 65 territorial units with which the local population is identified. João Pessoa “ground” is organized by municipal law in 59 neighborhoods and 6 special regions, making it the third oldest city in Brazil. In order to look at the reality of the territory of experiencing women victims of violence who use Cras, we have chosen academically to carry out a bibliographic and documentary study for the analysis of the logic of the intersectoral actions that involved the collection of data and the perception of these women's daily lives. , using research and experience as a trainee at Cras in the neighborhood of Cristo / JP. We concluded from the analyzes and lived experiences, that Cras plays a fundamental role in the lives of these women, because in addition to the immediate assistance and referral to the necessary services, the multiprofessional team from the territory they are in must seek to know the particularities and basic needs presented by victims and their families, such as food, housing, childcare places for children, among others.
