OS DESAFIOS DA INCLUSÃO RACIAL E AS AÇÕES AFIRMATIVAS
Este artigo discute ações
afirmativas como mecanismos que conduzem
à inclusão social, abordando as origens
destas políticas como legitimação de uma
agenda governamental combate aos efeitos da
discriminação racial. Aponta-se as providências
reparatórias, e, conhecendo sua trajetória,
destaca seu crescimento após a constituição
de 1988. Conclui-se, afinal que estas
discriminações positivas vêm contribuindo para
a construção de novas visões, ressaltando
as diferenças de cada um e apresentando as
qualidades das diversidades como uma forma
inclusiva e fundamental para que a redução das
desigualdades. Esta se concretizará, de fato,
através de uma distribuição socioeconômica
mais equânime, e uma educação que viabilize
o protagonismo da população negra dentro de
seu contexto histórico-cultural.

Abstract:
This article discusses affirmative
actions as mechanisms that lead to social
inclusion, addressing the origins of these policies
as legitimizing a government agenda to combat
the effects of racial discrimination. The reparatory
measures are pointed out and, knowing their
trajectory, they highlight their growth after the
1988 constitution. It is concluded, after all, that
these positive discriminations have contributed
to the construction of new visions, highlighting
the differences of each one and presenting the
qualities diversity as an inclusive and fundamental way to reduce inequalities. This
will, in fact, be realized through a more equitable socioeconomic distribution and an
education that enables the protagonism of the black population within its historicalcultural
context.
