OS CONFLITOS NO CAMPO DO TOCANTINS: A BARBÁRIE PERMANECE
O Tocantins tem sido o território de
luta dos contrários entre camponeses e donos
dos meios de produção diante da expansão
do agronegócio, com sua característica
tecnológica de alta produtividade, porém
excludente promotora da miséria, da violência
e da injustiça social. O objetivo deste trabalho
é compreender os conflitos no campo, a
partir da expansão do agronegócio no Estado
do Tocantins, nos municípios de Barra do
Ouro e Campos Lindos-TO. Os instrumentos
metodológicos estão relacionados com as fontes
bibliográficas e trabalho in loco. As formas de
luta dos camponeses são contra a reprodução
do capital em seus aspectos contraditórios,
em que concentra riqueza e marginaliza os
trabalhadores, em termos do trabalho e da
violência gerando o conflito.

Abstract:
The Tocantins state has been
the territory of a conflict between the peasants
and the owners of the means of production in
regarding of the expansion of agribusiness
within its technological characteristic of high
productivity and exclusionary promoter of misery,
violence and social injustice. The objective
of this work is to understand the conflicts in
the countryside, which are the outcome of
the expansion of agribusiness in the State of
Tocantins in the municipalities of Barra do Ouro
and Campos Lindos-TO. The methodological
tools rely on bibliographic sources and work
in loco. The reasons behind the peasant´s
struggle are against the reproduction of capital
in its contradictory aspects, which concentrates
wealth and marginalizes the workers in terms of
labor and violence and generates conflict.
