ORQUESTRA ROSARIENSE: UMA EXPERIÊNCIA EXITOSA DE EDUCAÇÃO MUSICAL
A partir do planejamento estratégico 2012-2022 realizado no Colégio Marista Rosário, uma instituição de ensino básico da rede privada de Porto Alegre/RS, evidenciou-se a necessidade de ampliar os incentivos das práticas culturais de representação escolar, criando referências de inovação em educação com ênfase nos processos de ensino e aprendizagem. Após realizar a escuta das demandas trazidas pelos estudantes, percebeu-se a importância de uma reestruturação do grupo instrumental existente na instituição até aquele momento, pois este não atendia aos anseios, principalmente dos estudantes do ensino fundamental anos finais e ensino médio. Este relato apresenta o período transcorrido entre os anos de 2013 a 2018, juntamente com os objetivos traçados, estratégias para alcançá-los, as mudanças ocorridas nas estratégias no percorrer do caminho e as ações que culminaram na premiação com o troféu de prata no 13º Prêmio de Responsabilidade Social na categoria Desenvolvimento Cultural no ano de 2018, promovido pelo Sindicato do Ensino Privado do Rio Grande do Sul (SINEPE-RS).

Abstract:
From the 2012-2022 strategic planning carried out at Marista Rosário School, a basic education institution in the private network of Porto Alegre/RS, the need to expand the incentives of cultural practices of school representation was evident, creating references of innovation in education with emphasis on teaching and learning processes. After listening to the demands brought by the students, the importance of a restructuring of the instrumental group existing in the institution up to that moment was realized, as it did not meet the desires, especially of the students of elementary school final years and high school. This report presents the period between the years 2013 to 2018, together with the objectives set, strategies to achieve them, the changes occurred in the strategies along the way and the actions that culminated in the award with the silver trophy in the 13th Prize of Social Responsibility in the Cultural Development category in 2018, promoted by the Private Education Union of Rio Grande do Sul (SINEPE-RS).
