ORIENTAÇÕES DE ENFERMAGEM PERIOPERATÓRIAS VISANDO O AUTOCUIDADO NO DOMICÍLIO
Objetivos: Identificar as orientações fornecidas aos pacientes de cirurgia geral visando o autocuidado no domicílio e analisar as repercussões das orientações de enfermagem para o bem-estar destes pacientes no domicílio. Método: Estudo qualitativo e descritivo, desenvolvido com 14 pacientes em pós-operatório tardio. O instrumento de coleta foi à entrevista semiestruturada e os dados foram tratados por meio da análise temática de conteúdo. Resultados: Emergiram duas categorias empíricas: percepção dos pacientes em situação cirúrgica sobre as orientações perioperatórias e orientações perioperatórias e as repercussões para o autocuidado domiciliar. Conclusão: Em sua maioria as orientações foram realizadas pela equipe médica e/ou por meio da utilização de impressos informativos. A consulta de enfermagem, quando efetuada, exerceu papel primordial no esclarecimento de dúvidas e orientações para o autocuidado. As orientações repercutiram positivamente na vida dos pacientes, pois favoreceram que os pacientes retornassem ao domicílio confiantes e tranquilos com vistas à execução do autocuidado.

Abstract:
Objectives: To identify the guidelines provided to patients with general surgery aiming at self-care at home and to analyze the repercussions of nursing guidelines for the well-being of these patients at home. Method: Qualitative and descriptive study, developed with 14 patients in the late postoperative period. The collection instrument went to the semi-structured interview and the data were treated through thematic content analysis. Results: Two empirical categories emerged: perception of patients in surgical situation about perioperative orientations and perioperative orientations and the repercussions for home self-care. Conclusion: Most of the orientations were carried out by the medical team and/or through the use of informative forms. The nursing consultation, when performed, played a primary role in clarifying doubts and guidelines for self-care. The guidelines had a positive impact on the patients' lives, as they favored that patients should return to the home confident and calm with a view to performing self-care.
