ORIENTAÇÃO E CONSCIENTIZAÇÃO NA IMPORTÂNCIA DO ALEITAMENTO MATERNO PARA PRIMIGESTAS COM BEBES INTERNADOS EM UTIN’S
Trata-se este artigo de uma pesquisa
de revisão bibliográfica, abordando o tema sobre
orientação e conscientização na importância do
aleitamento materno para primigestas em UTI’s.
A pesquisa tem por objetivo principal realizar o
levantamento de acervos literários a respeito
da importância da orientação e conscientização
do aleitamento materno para primigestas em
Unidades de terapias intensivas. E, ainda
identificar os fatores associados ao desmame
precoce em primigestas, e descrever o papel da
enfermagem na orientação e conscientização
sobre o aleitamento materno a primigestas
que se encontram em UTI’s. Os resultados
da pesquisa revelam que o enfermeiro, no
cumprimento de sua missão de acompanhar
e informar pode contribuir para o incentivo
do aleitamento materno, através de ações
educativas, pois o mesmo tem a oportunidade de
estar cuidando da paciente, acompanhando-a,
este poderá auxiliar nos esclarecimentos,
ajudando a entender a importância do ato de
amamentar dentro da UTIN.

Abstract:
It is this article a literature
review of research, addressing the theme of
guidance and awareness on the importance of
breastfeeding for first time pregnant women in
ICUs. The research has the main objective to
survey the literary collections of the importance
of orientation and awareness of breastfeeding
for first pregnancy in units of intensive therapy.
And even identify factors associated with early
weaning in primiparous, and describe the role
of nursing in the orientation and awareness of breastfeeding the first pregnancy who
are in ICUs. The survey results reveal that nurses in fulfilling its mission to monitor
and report can contribute to the encouragement of breastfeeding through educational,
because it has the opportunity to be taking care of the patient, accompanying it, it may
assist with information, helping to understand the importance of the act of breastfeeding
in the NICU.
