ORGANIZATIONAL COALIZATIONS – response to the conjecture highly competitive
O desafio de toda e qualquer organização consiste em adaptá-la às novas oportunidades que emanam do ambiente. Esse estudo tem por objetivo, identificar a importância que as alianças estratégicas bem sucedidas podem apresentar para a educação, com base na gestão por competência, num período de hiper competitividade, onde novas tecnologias surgem a cada. O estudo de caráter qualitativo, fundamentado por conhecimentos teórico - empíricos. O planejamento estratégico exerce papel na preparação na organização para novas oportunidades, por meio das alianças estratégicas, que ocorrem em segmentos das organizações, podendo envolver elos verticais ou horizontais. Em face da diversidade e pela presença de novas tecnologias do conhecimento, é preciso valorizar as disparidades, estimular ideias, opiniões e atitudes, e desenvolver a capacidade de aprender e pensar. Especial atenção deve ser outorgada às alianças estratégicas entre as organizações de educação superior e do sistema estadual de educação, no ensejo da acirrada competição.

Abstract:
The challenge of any organization is to adapt it to the new opportunities that arise from the environment. This study aims to identify the importance that successful strategic alliances can present for education, based on competence management, in a period of hypercompetitiveness, where new technologies emerge at each. The qualitative study based on theoretical – empirical. Strategic planning plays a role in preparing the organization for new opportunities, through strategic alliances, which occur in segments of organizations and may involve vertical or horizontal links. In the face of diversity and the presence of new knowledge technologies, it is necessary to value disparities, stimulate ideas, opinions and attitudes, and develop the capacity to learn and think. Special attention should be given to strategic alliances between higher education organizations and the state education system, in the context of fierce competition.
