ORGANIZAÇÃO CURRICULAR E ENSINO: UMA ANÁLISE DOS CURSOS DE ESPECIALIZAÇÃO EM DOCÊNCIA NA EDUCAÇÃO SUPERIOR
Este artigo é fruto de estudos realizados em um curso de especialização em docência na educação superior e tem por objetivo analisar a organização curricular dos cursos de Especialização em Docência na Educação Superior ofertados por instituições do município de Londrina/PR. Caracteriza-se como uma análise documental e configura-se como uma pesquisa de abordagem mista, em que a abordagem qualitativa tem primazia. Compuseram o corpus de análise os cursos ofertados por oito instituições tanto na modalidade presencial como a distância. Os dados apontam que há certa coerência na organização curricular das instituições analisadas, tendo em vista que pudemos agrupar as disciplinas ofertadas em oito grandes grupos. Além da similaridade das organizações curriculares, a partir da análise das mesmas, pudemos observar que os referidos cursos fornecem subsídios teóricos para o exercício do magistério no superior, pautado em aspectos científicos, porém indicam também a ausência de formação por atividades práticas.

Abstract:
This article is the result of studies carried out in a specialization course in teaching in higher education and aims to analyze the curricular organization of the Specialization courses in Teaching in Higher Education offered by institutions in the city of Londrina / PR. It is characterized as a documentary analysis and is configured as a mixed approach research, in which the qualitative approach takes precedence. The corpus of analysis comprised the courses offered by eight institutions both in classroom and in distance. The data show that there is a certain coherence in the curricular organization of the analyzed institutions, considering that we were able to group the subjects offered in eight large groups. In addition to the similarity of curricular organizations, from their analysis, we could observe that the referred courses provide theoretical subsidies for the exercise of teaching in higher education, based on scientific aspects, but also indicate the absence of training for practical activities.
