OMEGA 3: COADJUVANTE NA PREVENÇÃO DA DOENÇA DE ALZHEIMER
O presente estudo tem o objetivo analisar os benefícios do Omega 3 das dietas nutricionais que podem ser prescritas para tratar o doente com Alzheimer. Assim, foram consultados livros, artigos, teses e dissertações pertinentes ao assunto, para que a partir daí fosse possível mesclar as ideias de diferentes autores, de forma a contribuir para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa. Enquanto resultados se observou que a doença de Alzheimer é degenerativa cerebral; que existem políticas públicas voltadas para tratar o Alzheimer e que determinadas dietas específicas, como também alguns medicamentos podem atrasar a repercussão da doença sobre o cérebro humano. Se conclui que não existe cura para a doença de Alzheimer, mas os pacientes acometidos dessa doença podem fazer uso de uma dieta alimentar específica e interferir na neuromodulação.

Abstract:
The present study aims to analyze the benefits of Omega 3 from nutritional diets that can be prescribed to treat Alzheimer's disease. Thus, books, articles, theses and dissertations relevant to the subject were consulted, so that from there it was possible to merge the ideas of different authors, in order to contribute to the development of the research. While results were observed that Alzheimer's disease is brain degenerative; that there are public policies aimed at treating Alzheimer's and that certain specific diets, as well as some medicines, may delay the repercussion of the disease on the human brain. It is concluded that there is no cure for Alzheimer's disease, but patients affected by this disease can use a specific diet.
