A proposta deste relato é apresentar

algumas ideias que possam contribuir para

o debate sobre o ensino de Geografia numa

escola de PEI – Programa de Ensino Integral

do estado de São Paulo, a partir das condições

e exigências existentes na Unidade Escolar da

instituição onde trabalhavam os professores

deste projeto. Serão apresentados os desafios

colocados aos docentes e a realidade vivida no

interior das salas de aula e do ambiente físico e

social da escola, bem como as demandas para

estes profissionais e seus alunos. Aqui, será

apresentado o trabalho do Projeto da disciplina

Eletiva, que insere-se na parte diversificada do

currículo do Ensino Fundamental II, a qual tem

como título “OLHARES: espaços urbanos”, que

teve como mote para seu processo, a fotografia

Abstract:
The proposal of this report is to

present some ideas that can contribute to the

debate about the teaching of Geography in a

school of PEI – Integral Education Program of

the state of São Paulo, based on the conditions

and requirements existing in the School Unit of

the institution where teachers work this project.

It will present the challenges posed to teachers

and the reality lived inside the classrooms

and the physical and social environment of

the school, as well as the demands for these

professionals and their students. Here, we

will present the work of the Elective Discipline

Project, which is inserted in the diversified part

of the Elementary School II curriculum, whose

title is “OLHARES: urban spaces”, whose motto

was, photography
