OCUPAÇÃO HUMANA DESORDENADA E A TRANSFORMAÇÃO DA PAISAGEM: O CASO DO BAIRRO DE VILA NOVA EM TEFÉ/AM

Este artigo com o tema: A ocupação humana desordenada e a transformação da paisagem: o caso do bairro de Vila Nova tem como objetivo principal investigar os motivos que contribuíram para que se acentuasse nos últimos anos a ocupação humana e a consequente transformação na paisagem do bairro de Vila Nova, localizado na zona leste do perímetro urbano da cidade de Tefé. A justificativa quanto à construção dessa investigação está pautada na necessidade em compreender a forma pela qual o espaço urbano na cidade de Tefé vem se transformando, considerando principalmente que nas últimas três décadas houve um aumento significativo do contingente populacional, dentre os quais de pessoas que vieram da zona rural em busca de uma melhor qualidade de vida. Utilizou-se a abordagem direta, com uso de um formulário de pesquisa padronizado, contendo perguntas objetivas, que por sua deram origem a um banco de dados e que, por conseguinte, formaram cinco gráficos com percentuais estatísticos. Os resultados apresentados demonstram que a ocupação do espaço em todo o bairro e Vila Nova em Tefé/AM, ocorreu e ainda ocorre sem planejamento por parte do poder público no que tange a aplicação de políticas públicas. Quanto à paisagem natural é perceptível que a sua inexistência em toda a área marginal do igarapé, que por sua vez percorre toda a extensão do referido bairro.

  • Abstract: This article with the theme: Disordered human occupation and the transformation of the landscape: the case of the Vila Nova neighborhood has the main objective of investigating the reasons that have contributed to the increase in human occupation in recent years and the consequent transformation of the landscape of the Vila Nova neighborhood, located in the eastern part of the urban perimeter of the city of Tefé. The justification for this research is based on the need to understand the way in which the urban space in the city of Tefé has been transformed, especially considering that in the last three decades there has been a significant increase in the population contingent, including people who have come from rural areas in search of a better quality of life. A direct approach was used, with the use of a standardized survey form containing objective questions, which in turn gave rise to a database and which consequently formed five graphs with statistical percentages. The results presented show that the occupation of space The results presented show that the occupation of space throughout the neighborhood and Vila Nova in Tefé/AM occurred and still occurs without planning on the part of the public authorities in terms of the application of public policies. As for the natural landscape, it is noticeable that it does not exist in the entire marginal area of the igarapé, which in turn runs along the entire length of the neighborhood.
