OCORRÊNCIA DE BOLORES EM EDIFICAÇÕES: ESTUDO DE CASO EM HABITAÇÕES CONSTRUÍDAS COM PAREDES DE CONCRETO
Atualmente no Brasil, vem se
destacando o uso do sistema construtivo com
paredes maciças de concreto, especialmente em
empreendimentos de habitação social. Porém,
têm-se observado recorrentes problemas
relacionados ao desenvolvimento de bolores
no interior destas habitações. Neste sentido, o
presente trabalho busca analisar este fenômeno,
com a aplicação de um modelo de previsão de
ocorrência em um destes empreendimentos,
busca-se identificar situações que influenciam
a ocorrência de bolores nestas edificações.

Abstract:
In recent Brazilian construction
scenario, the use of a construction system with
solid concrete walls has been growing, especially
in social housing programs. But some problems
has been detected in this kind of buildings,
particularly the mould fungus formation on the
interior surface of the envelope walls. This
paper purpose is to analyze this problem,
studying a real housing development with mould
problems, under the light of a proposed model
in the literature, for prediction of mould growth in
interior surfaces. Secondarily, this paper aims to
determine possible parameters that determine
the occurrence of the mould in this dwellings.
