OBSTÁCULOS NA IMPLANTAÇÃO DE CUIDADOS TRANSCULTURAIS NOS SERVIÇOS DE SAÚDE POR PARTE DA EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM: RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA
Permitir ao enfermeiro realizar
métodos inteligentes e maleáveis na elaboração
de um plano de cuidados oferecendo um plano
terapêutico mais eficaz, considerando as
culturas e crenças diferentes de cada cliente.
Garantindo assim a prestação da assistência
eficiente e qualificada. Trata se de um Relato
de experiência com dados coletados no período
de outubro de 2018 em um Hospital público de
Picos – Piauí. Realizado com uma reflexão
teórica sobre a Teoria de Martha Leininger.
Utilizando como ferramenta o Processo de
Enfermagem (PE) e o uso das Taxonomias
North American Nursing Diagnosis Association
(NANDA-I), Nursing Intervention Classification
(NIC) e Nursing Outcomes Classifications (NOC)
e Classificação Internacional para a Prática de
Enfermagem (CIPE). Apresentou se o caso em
estudo, desde seu histórico as intervenções
realizadas com o uso das taxonomias, e
resultados obtidos e esperados. Evidenciou
a importância do estudo e implantação da
Teoria Transcultural durante a assistência
de enfermagem, garantindo a qualidade,
imparcialidade e eficácia dos cuidados em sua
totalidade. Verificou-se também a ausência
e problemas ao inserir a teoria na pratica de
enfermagem.

Abstract:
To allow the nurse to perform
intelligent and malleable methods in the
elaboration of a plan of care offering a more
effective therapeutic plan, considering the
different cultures and beliefs of each client.
This guarantees the provision of efficient and
qualified assistance. This is an experience
report with data collected in the period of
October 2018 at the public Hospital of Picos -
Piauí. Held with a theoretical reflection on the Theory of Martha Leininger. Using as a
tool the Nursing Process (PE) and the use of the North American Nursing Diagnosis
Association (NANDA-I), Nursing Intervention Classification (NIC) and Nursing
Outcomes Classifications (NOC) and International Classification for Nursing Practice
(CIPE). It presented the case under study, from its history the interventions made with
the use of taxonomies and obtained and expected results. It evidenced the importance
of the study and implantation of the Transcultural Theory during the nursing care,
guaranteeing the quality, impartiality and effectiveness of the care in its totality. It was
also verified the absence and problems of inserting theory in nursing practice.
