Abstract: The purpose of this work is to explain the topic of methodological obstacles to legal dogmatic, here the aim is to present the matter on the topic in a simplified and easy-to-understand way, in addition to presenting examples and practical everyday situations where it would be possible to fit the methodology and present possible obstacles.
