OBSERVAÇÃO DAS ATIVIDADES DESEMPENHADAS POR UMA EQUIPE DE ENFERMAGEM: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA.
Objetivo: Descrever as principais ações realizadas pela equipe de enfermagem. Método: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo do tipo relato de experiência oriundo da observação das atividades desempenhadas pela equipe de enfermagem em uma unidade básica de saúde interiorana no período de janeiro a fevereiro de 2021. Resultados: A equipe de enfermagem é composta por três profissionais: um enfermeiro e dois técnicos. As atividades realizadas por esses profissionais são de caráter diferentes, no entanto, complementares. O enfermeiro além de realizar atividades assistenciais de alta complexidade, também realiza o papel de gestor, sendo o responsável pelo bom funcionamento da unidade. Os técnicos de enfermagem são responsáveis pela atividade assistencial de baixa complexidade, atuando principalmente na sala de curativo, sala de medicação, sala de vacinação e triagem. Conclusão: O papel desempenhado pela equipe de enfermagem é fundamental para o bom funcionamento da unidade, no entanto, faz-se necessário que as entidades governamentais forneça apoio e os insumos necessários.

Abstract:
Objective: To describe the main actions performed by the nursing team. Method: This is a descriptive study of the type of experience report arising from the observation of the activities performed by the nursing team in a basic health unit in the countryside from January to February 2021. Results: The nursing team is composed of three professionals: a nurse and two technicians. The activities carried out by these professionals are different, however, complementary. The nurse, in addition to performing highly complex care activities, also performs the role of manager, being responsible for the proper functioning of the unit. Nursing technicians are responsible for low complexity care activities, working mainly in the dressing room, medication room, vaccination and screening room. Conclusion: The role played by the nursing team is fundamental for the proper functioning of the unit, however, it is necessary that government entities provide support and the necessary inputs.
