OBJETIVANDO SUBJETIVIDADES EN UNAS APROXIMACIONES BIOGRÁFICAS
La construcción biográfica supone una lucha en sordina entre el biógrafo y su objeto de estudio, resistiendo la fascinación y hasta la identificación. La reflexión retroactiva sobre estos procesos de empatía y transferencia, pero también íntimos rechazos, me permiten identificar en tres experiencias biográficas —las de Gaston Bardet, Ermete De Lorenzi y Mario Corea-Aiello- los modos en que las obsesiones y debilidades subjetivas ayudan a explican los derroteros individuales y a capturan con dramatismo los desafíos por el reconocimiento y la consagración que atravesaron estos tres personajes en sus respectivos momentos. Al identificar climas epocales con trayectorias singulares, entretejidos por un delicado juego de selecciones y traducciones de ideas e imágenes en circulación, ha sido posible avistar la singularidad de algunas problemáticas específicas del contexto arquitectónico y urbanístico argentino

Abstract:
Biographical constructions imply a silent struggle between the biographer and his/hers object of study, resisting fascination and even identification. The retroactive reflection on these processes of empathy and transference, but also of intimate rejections, allow me to identify in three biographical experiences -those of Gaston Bardet, Ermete De Lorenzi and Mario Corea- the ways in which subjective obsessions and weaknesses help to explain individual courses and to capture the challenges of recognition and consecration that these three characters went through in their respective scenarios. By identifying unique trajectories within epochal climates, interwoven by a delicate set of selections and translations of ideas and images in circulation, it has been possible to consider some specific problems of the Argentine architectural and urban context
