O VÍNCULO MATERNO REFLETIDO NA ANSIEDADE E EM COMPORTAMENTOS ALIMENTARES: UM RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA.
Este estudo possui como tema principal a relação existente entre vínculos de apego materno, ansiedade e comportamentos alimentares em uma criança. Objetivo: O objetivo deste artigo é relatar as experiências das autoras que realizaram aplicações técnicas da disciplina teórica prática de psicodiagnóstico interventivo em uma Policlínica de um Centro Universitário na capital de São Paulo. Método: Trata-se de um relato de experiência, em que foi realizado um estudo de caso relacionado com o tema do vínculo materno refletido na ansiedade e como isso afeta os comportamentos alimentares de uma criança. Durante a experiência foram aplicados alguns testes psicológicos como CAT-A (Teste de Apercepção Infantil - Animal) e HTP (Casa-Arvore-Pessoa), além de outras técnicas como o desenho livre, a utilização da caixa lúdica e atividade de colagem. Resultados: Através dessas aplicações, foi possível obter como resultado que no caso em questão existe uma relação entre a ansiedade e a alimentação, tendo influência de questões afetivas maternas. Considerações Finais: A afetividade entre a mãe e o bebê é um marco muito importante no desenvolvimento de uma criança, bem como a alimentação ocupa um papel de grande estima na vida da criança, sendo que seu primeiro contato com ela é através da amamentação, na qual se constrói o vínculo materno, sendo assim, quando esse vínculo não é bem estabelecido pode implicar em conflitos afetivos entre a mãe e o filho, o que acarreta em ansiedade e em determinados comportamentos de risco relacionados à alimentação.

Abstract:
Introduction: The main theme of this study is the relationship between maternal attachment bonds, anxiety, and eating behaviors in a child. Objective: The objective of this article is to report the experiences of the authors who carried out technical applications of the theoretical and practical discipline of interventional psychodiagnosis in a Polyclinic of a University Center in the capital of São Paulo. Method: This is an experience report, where a case study was carried out relating the theme of maternal bonding reflected in anxiety and how it affects the eating behaviors of a child. During the experiment some psychological tests were applied such as CAT-A (Child Apperception Test - Animal) and HTP (House-Tree-Person), in addition to other techniques such as free drawing, the use of the play box and collage activity. Results: Through these applications, it was possible to obtain as a result that in the case in question there is a relationship between anxiety and feeding, having influence of maternal affective issues. Final Considerations: Affectivity between mother and baby is a very important milestone in the development of a child, as well as feeding plays a very important role in the child's life, and their first contact with it is through breastfeeding, in which the maternal bond is built; therefore, when this bond is not well established, it may imply in affective conflicts between mother and child, which leads to anxiety and certain risk behaviors related to feeding.
