O USO PÚBLICO PARA FINS TURÍSTICOS NA APA PIQUIRI-UNA (APAPU): UMA ANÁLISE DAS REUNIÕES DO CONSELHO GESTOR
O Sistema Nacional de Unidades de
Conservação (SNUC), foi implementado pela
lei n. 9.985/2000, este é composto por duas
categorias: Unidades de Proteção Integral e
de Uso Sustentável. Esta investigação trata
de uma área de proteção de uso sustentável,
especificamente, a APA Piquiri-Una (APAPU).
O objetivo da mesma é verificar as ações
relacionadas ao uso público para fins turísticos
e recreativos nas pautas das reuniões do seu
Conselho Gestor, relacionando-as com os
pressupostos do Plano de Manejo, o qual é
um documento que consiste em estabelecer
normas, ações e restrições de uso. O estudo é
baseado nas definições de uso público, SNUC,
APA e Educação Ambiental (EA), de modo a
fundamentar a análise documental do mesmo,
como principal estratégia de investigação.
A metodologia da pesquisa teve análise
qualitativa das atas da 11ª a 23ª reunião do
Conselho Gestor, compreendendo o período
entre 2013 a 2016, de modo a diagnosticar
várias informações relevantes para a gestão
da área protegida em questão, em especial
às ações de EA, estas são importantes para
desenvolvimento do uso público para fins
turísticos. Nos resultados constatou-se que, nas
reuniões ordinárias (RO´s) do Conselho Gestor
não foram realizadas discussões ou ações
sobre uso público com fins turísticos na APAPU.
Conclui-se que é preciso o engajamento do
Conselho Gestor, da comunidade e visitantes
na gestão do uso público. Isso possibilitará a
sensibilização e a eficiência na gestão de ações
de EA e uso público.

Abstract:
The National System of Conservation Units (SNUC) was implemented by
law n. 9.985 / 2000, it is composed of two categories: Integral Protection and Sustainable
Use Units. This research deals with a protected area of sustainable use, specifically
APA Piquiri-Una (APAPU), which is an integral part of the CUs, whose objective is
to verify the actions related to public use for tourism and recreational purposes in
the meetings of its management council, relating them to the assumptions of the
Management Plan, which is a document that consists of establishing norms, actions
and restrictions of use. The ostudy is based on the definitions of public use, SNUC, APA
and Environmental Education (EA), in order to base the documentary analysis of it, as
the main research strategy. The methodology of the research had a qualitative analysis
of the minutes of the 11th to the 23rd meeting of the managing council, comprising the
period between 2013 to 2016, in order to diagnose various information relevant to the
management of the protected area in question, especially the actions of EA, these are
important for the development of public use for tourism purposes. In the results, it was
found that, in the ordinary meetings (ROs) of the management council, there were no
discussions or actions on public use for tourism purposes in APAPU. It was concluded
that it is necessary to engage the management council, the community and visitors
in the management of public use. This will enable awareness and efficiency in the
management of EA actions and public use.
