O USO DO BRINQUEDO TERAPÊUTICO NA ASSISTÊNCIA DE ENFERMAGEM A CRIANÇA HOSPITALIZADA
A criança hospitalizada passa
por diversas experiências difíceis, como os
processos invasivos, que podem diminuir a
sua autoconfiança. Surge assim a importância
da implementação de atividades lúdicas no
ambiente hospitalar, o brinquedo terapêutico
(BT) é uma excelente forma de libertar o
stress e o medo inerentes, é um recurso, que
representa uma alternativa educacional, pois
favorece o desenvolvimento social, emocional
e terapêutico da criança. Destacar a influência/
benefícios que o brinquedo terapêutico exerce
na recuperação da criança hospitalizada
diante da assistência de enfermagem. Tratase de uma revisão integrativa de literatura, o
material utilizado para a execução da pesquisa
constituiu-se de livros e artigos disponíveis na
integra e de forma gratuita. encontrados nas
bases de dados Scientific Electronic Library
Online (SCIELO) e Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde
(BVS). Publicados entre os anos de 2011 a
2018, encontrados inicialmente 19 artigos e
utilizados 7. O levantamento das informações
diante da literatura investigada mostra que o
brinquedo representa para a criança um meio
de inserção na realidade, com ele, a criança
deixa de ser um simples espectador e passa
a ser agente transformador. Ele expressa a
maneira pela qual a criança reflete, ordena e
desordena, constrói e destrói um mundo que
lhe seja significativo e que corresponda às
suas necessidades. Concluir que o objetivo
foi alcançado, visto que o brincar deve ser
considerado pelo enfermeiro como uma das
maneiras mais adequadas de se aproximar da
criança, capaz de desenvolver empatia entre
ambos, estabelecendo vínculos afetivos e
principalmente ajudar na sua recuperação.

Abstract:
The hospitalized child undergoes several difficult experiences, such as
invasive processes, which can diminish their self-confidence. Thus, the importance
of the implementation of play activities in the hospital environment, therapeutic toy
(BT) is an excellent way to release the stress and fear inherent, is a resource, which
represents an educational alternative, as it favors social, emotional and therapeutic
use of the child. To emphasize the influence / benefits that the therapeutic toy exerts in
the recovery of the hospitalized child before the nursing care. It is an integrative review
of literature, the material used for the execution of the research consisted of books and
articles available in full and for free. found in the Scientific Electronic Library Online
(SCIELO) and Virtual Health Library (VHL) databases. Published between the years
2011 to 2018, initially found 19 articles and used 7. The survey of the information before
the investigated literature shows that the toy represents for the child a means of insertion
in reality, with it, the child ceases to be a simple viewer and becomes a transforming
agent. It expresses the way in which the child reflects, orders, and disarms, builds and
destroys a world that is meaningful to him and that matches his needs. To conclude
that the goal was achieved, since play should be considered by the nurse as one of the
most appropriate ways to approach the child, capable of developing empathy between
them, establishing affective bonds and mainly helping in their recovery.
