O USO DE FERRAMENTAS E SOFTWARE EM ABORDAGEM QUANTI-QUALITATIVA: investigando fluxos discursivos e índole comunicativa em mídias sociais
A partir de uma orientação metodológica para pesquisa empírica em comunicação, desenha-se uma abordagem quanti-qualitativa para extração de dados sobre conteúdo de fluxos discursivos em mídias sociais específicas. Investiga-se o processo de interação entre Instituições de Educação Superior públicas e seus públicos de interesse no ambiente digital, percebendo o grau de alteridade e a produção semântica entre os enunciados manifestados nos fluxos discursivos e que desenham a índole comunicativa dessas instituições.

Abstract:
Based on a methodological orientation for empirical research in communication, a quantitative and qualitative approach is designed to extract data on the content of discursive flows in specific social media. The process of interaction between Public Higher Education Institutions and their stakeholders in the digital environment is investigated, realizing the degree of alterity and the semantic production between the statements manifested in the discursive flows and which draw the communicative nature of these institutions.
