Abstract: This article discusses the growing use of drones in fighting wildfires, highlighting how these unmanned aerial vehicles are revolutionizing disaster monitoring and management. Drones equipped with high-resolution cameras and thermal sensors give firefighters the ability to quickly assess affected areas, access hard-to-reach locations, and monitor fire behavior in real time. In addition to the advantages of reducing risks and increasing efficiency, the article also discusses challenges such as limited flight time and adverse weather conditions. The use of drones, combined with technological advances, promises to further improve wildfire response in the future.
