O USO DA BIOMECÂNICA E ANATOMIA NA EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA ESCOLAR EM ESCOLA DA ZONA RURAL DO CARIRI PARAIBANO
A Educação Física (EDF) tem
por finalidade o estudo da cultura corporal,
e essa concepção sucinta sobre quais os
métodos para o estudo do mesmo. A anatomia
e a biomecânica auxiliam nesse processo de
ensino-aprendizagem, uma com o objetivo de
estudar os sistemas do corpo humano, outra
com a compreensão e análise de movimentos
do mesmo. A amostra tem como objetivo
estabelecer a interdisciplinaridade entre os
dois campos de estudo em questão e relatar a
experiência do seu uso em aula de educação
física para alunos do 4º e 5º ano do ensino
fundamental em escola da zona rural no cariri
paraibano. A metodologia empregada foi baseada
na pedagogia renovada, na qual utilizou-se de
um plano de aula para auxiliar o andamento
das atividades proporcionadas, da mesma
maneira que a confecção de alguns materiais
com intuito de aperfeiçoar o aprendizado, além
disso foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da
literatura, feita em algumas bases de dados,
usando as palavras chave: Educação Física;
Escola; Biomecânica; Parâmetros Curriculares
Nacionais; Anatomia. Observamos que os usos
dos conteúdos das disciplinas em questão
tornam-se indispensáveis para o professor de
Educação Física tanto no aspecto pedagógico,
quanto no desenvolvimento motor e cognitivo
do aluno. Quando induzida de forma certa, este
tipo de abordagem oferece ao colegial uma
maior interação com suas práticas corporais
dando-o mais autonomia.

Abstract:
Physical Education (EDF) aims
at the study of body culture, and this succinct
conception about which methods to study it.
Anatomy and biomechanics aid in this process
of teaching-learning, one with the objective of
studying the systems of the human body, another
with the understanding and analysis of the movements of the same. The sample aims
to establish the interdisciplinarity between the two fields of study in question and to
report the experience of its use in physical education class for students of the 4th and
5th year of elementary school in a rural school in Paraíba. The methodology used was
based on the renewed pedagogy, in which a lesson plan was used to help the progress
of the activities provided, in the same way as the making of some materials with the
purpose of improving the learning, in addition a systematic review was carried out
of the literature, made in some databases, using the key words: Physical Education;
School; Biomechanics; National Curricular Parameters; Anatomy. We observe that the
uses of the contents of the subjects in question become indispensable for the teacher
of Physical Education in the pedagogical aspect, as well as in the motor and cognitive
development of the student. When rightly induced, this type of approach gives the high
schooler more interaction with his bodily practices, giving him more autonomy.
