O Trabalho Pedagógico de Professores no Processo de Aprendizagem Mediado pelas TIC
Este trabalho é o recorte de uma
dissertação, desenvolvida para o mestrado em
Currículo e Gestão da Escola Básica (PPEBUFPA),
que tem como objetivo analisar o
trabalho pedagógico de professores regentes e
de professores de IE no processo de ensinoaprendizagem
mediada pelas Tecnologias de
Informação e Comunicação (TIC). Como o
estudo ainda está em fase de desenvolvimento,
o objetivo proposto aqui é apresentar algumas
das principais discussões, a partir da revisão
de literatura, sobre a utilização das TIC na ação
docente e sobre as concepções de educador
e de educando na IE. As considerações
provisórias indicam que o conhecimento sobre
a temática permitirá ressignificar a relação entre
professores regentes e professores de IE e assim
reafirmar e fortalecer a importância pedagógica
do trabalho realizado em parceria, não só
entre eles, mas também entre professores e os
demais componentes da escola, pois só com
a união e o trabalho desses profissionais em
parceria com as famílias e os demais órgãos
responsáveis pela manutenção da educação
é que se poderá atender as aspirações da
sociedade atual para a educação, que é a
real mudança nos paradigmas educacionais.
Considera-se também que dos professores,
por estarem na “ponta” do processo educativo,
não devem ser exigidos tarefas dissociadas de
sua função docente, pois o tempo dispensado
para a realização de outras tarefas implica em
prejuízo ao atendimento dos alunos, já que, esse
tempo poderia ser aproveitado para estudo,
planejamento e organização de atividades
relacionadas à aprendizagem dos alunos, foco
central do trabalho do professor.

Abstract:
This paper is the clipping of a
dissertation, developed for the master’s degree
in Curriculum and School Management (PPEBUFPA),
which aims to analyze the pedagogical
work of regent teachers and professors of EI
in the teaching-learning process mediated by
Information and Communications Technologies
(ICT). As the study is still in the development
stage, the objective here is to present some
of the key discussions, from the literature
review on the use of ICT in faculty’s activity
on the conceptions of teacher and learner in
EI. Provisional considerations indicate that
the knowledge about the subject will allow redefine the relationship between regent
teachers and EI teachers and so reaffirm and strengthen the educational importance
of the work carried out in partnership, not only between them, but also among teachers
and the other staff of school, because only with the cooperation and the work of these
professionals in partnership with families and other agencies responsible for the
maintenance of education can meet the aspirations of the current society in regard to
education, which is the actual change in educational paradigms. It is also considered
that from the teachers, because they were on the “edge” of the educational process,
should not be required of their teaching function as separated tasks, because the time
to carry out other tasks implies damage to students ‘ attendance, as this time could be
used to study, planning and organizing activities related to students ‘ learning, central
focus of the work of professor.
