O TRABALHO INTERMITENTE E A PERCEPÇÃO DO EMPRESARIADO
O presente estudo busca perceber, qual o nível de conhecimento dos empregadores sobre o novo modelo de contratação denominado Contrato de Trabalho Intermitente, implementado pela lei 13.467/2017 também conhecido como reforma trabalhista e seu nível de aplicabilidade. Tal lei surgiu com o intuito de que houvesse a diminuição do nível de trabalhadores informais e desempregados. Este trabalho tem como objetivo o novo modelo contratual, se este possui alguns aspectos avaliados como sendo positivos e/ou negativos para o trabalhador, vale destacar que esta modalidade antes da reforma já era praticada em bares e restaurantes, por exemplo, porém neste período o trabalhador não tinha registro em CTPS e seus direitos trabalhistas não existiam. Deve-se, especificar os aspectos mais relevantes ao buscar entendimento acerca deste assunto onde será aplicado o método quantitativo com a aplicação de questionário aberto e fechado direcionados a pequenos comerciantes localizados no Bairro da Cidade Nova em Ananindeua-Pa.

Abstract:
The present study seeks to understand the level of knowledge of employers about the new hiring model called Intermittent Employment Contract, implemented by law 13.467/2017 also known as labor reform and its level of applicability. This law was created with the aim of reducing the level of informal and unemployed workers. This work aims at the new contractual model, if it has some aspects evaluated as being positive and/or negative for the worker, it is worth noting that this modality before the reform was already practiced in bars and restaurants, for example, but in this period the worker was not registered with the CTPS and his labor rights did not exist. The most relevant aspects should be specified when seeking understanding on this subject, where the quantitative method will be applied with the application of an open and closed questionnaire aimed at small traders located in the Bairro da Cidade Nova in Ananindeua-Pa.
