O TRABALHO INFANTIL E O TRÁFICO DE DROGAS: UMA RELAÇÃO DE VIOLAÇÃO DE DIREITOS
O trabalho infantil é marca histórica do Brasil em suas desigualdades e vulnerabilidades. Mesmo diante de diversas leis que protegem e garantem os direitos de crianças e adolescentes, esta violação insiste em continuar, se aliando a novas formas de exploração, como o tráfico de drogas. Este estudo busca compreender a relação de violação de direitos que envolvem o trabalho infantil e o tráfico de drogas. Foi utilizada a pesquisa qualitativa, por meio de uma revisão bibliográfica, possibilitada pela pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, nas plataformas Google Acadêmico, Pepsic, Redalyc, Scielo, além, de documentos do governo brasileiro, por meio dos descritores em saúde: trabalho infantil, tráfico de drogas e promoção da saúde. A compreensão do ambiente e das relações é essencial para conhecer como se dá a dinâmica do trabalho infantil e o envolvimento com o tráfico de drogas. Há a necessidade de que, novos instrumentos sejam criados envolvendo o enfrentamento ao trabalho infantil e a violação de direitos, e o empoderamento das comunidades, diante da integralidade dos sujeitos, sua heterogeneidade e multiplicidade.

Abstract:
Child labor is a historic mark of Brazil in its inequalities and vulnerabilities. Even in the face of various laws that protect and guarantee the rights of children and adolescents, this violation insists on continuing, allying itself with new forms of exploitation, such as drug trafficking. This study seeks to understand the relationship of violation of rights involving child labor and drug trafficking. Qualitative research was used, through a bibliographic review, made possible by bibliographic and documentary research, on the Google Scholar, Pepsic, Redalyc, Scielo platforms, in addition to Brazilian government documents, through health descriptors: child labor, trafficking drugs and health promotion. Understanding the environment and relationships is essential to learn about the dynamics of child labor and involvement in drug trafficking. There is a need for new instruments to be created involving the fight against child labor and the violation of rights, and the empowerment of communities, in view of the integrality of the subjects, their heterogeneity and multiplicity.
