O trabalho e a construção da cultura docente
O objetivo principal desta
comunicação é refletir sobre a construção da
cultura profissional do pedagogo, em especial
no que tange aos processos de trabalho, sua
interferência nessa construção, as condições e
políticas educacionais no Paraná. O pedagogo,
no exercício de seu trabalho profissional,
é imbuído de inúmeras responsabilidades,
sejam elas educacionais, sociais, culturais ou
políticas. Pretende-se refletir a respeito das
relações dependentes de condicionantes desse
com a natureza e a sociedade principalmente
no que concerne a política paranaense e
suas interferências na construção da cultura
docente. Nesta comunicação, a metodologia
dialética foi utilizada com a convicção de que
se sustenta na não exclusão de nenhum dado
ou conhecimento produzido, mas os incorpora
e supera numa síntese mais compreensiva.
Por meio do método dessa pesquisa foram
perquiridos os vestígios da realidade indo aos
sujeitos trabalhadores da educação. Buscouse
as formas existentes na formação cultural
nesses agentes educadores, pois se entende
tratar de um fenômeno condicionado pelos
acontecimentos que o circundam, a educação
não existe isolada, mas em conjunto com a
natureza e a sociedade às quais pertencem.
O artigo articula considerações baseadas
nos seguintes autores, Bauman, Marx, Heller,
Gramsci, Ianni, Konder, Saviani, Kosik, Ball,
dentre outros. Aborda-se o perfil do professor
pedagogo, a cultura social e as condições de
trabalho no Paraná sob a ótica da teoria do
trabalho.

Abstract:
The main purpose of this
communication is to reflect on the pedagogue´s
professional culture construction, especially with
regard to the work processes, its interference
in this construction, the educational conditions
and policies in Paraná State. The pedagogue,
in the professional activity exercise, is imbued
with numerous responsibilities, whether they
are educational, social, cultural or political. The
intention is to reflect on the relations which
depend on conditions of this with the nature
and the society, especially when it comes to
the politics in Paraná and its interferences
in the teaching culture construction. In this
communication, the dialectical methodology
was used with the conviction that it is based
on the non-exclusion of any data or produced
knowledge, and it incorporates and surpasses
them in a more comprehensive synthesis. Through this research method the reality
traces were questioned among the education workers. The existing forms have been
sought in the educational agents´ cultural formation, because it is understood to be a
conditioned phenomenon by the events that surround it, the education does not exist
in an isolated way, but together the nature and society to which they belong to. The
article articulates considerations based on the following authors, Bauman, Marx, Heller,
Gramsci, Ianni, Konder, Saviani, Kosik, Ball, among others. From the work theory
perspective it is approached the pedagogue teacher profile, the social culture and the
working conditions in Paraná.
