O TRABALHO DOCENTE NO ENSINO SUPERIOR PRIVADO NO CONTEXTO DA ACUMULAÇÃO FLEXÍVEL EM CAMPINA GRANDE/PB
O trabalho tem como objetivo mostrar
como se manifesta o controle do trabalho docente
em instituições privadas de ensino superior no
contexto da acumulação flexível. O estudo está
inserido nos marcos do debate sobre controle,
dominação, resistência e consentimento no
ambiente de trabalho. A pesquisa foi realizada
nas instituições de ensino superior presencial
privado de Campina Grande/PB, mediante
entrevistas e pesquisa bibliográfica. Como
resultado, pode-se destacar a existência de
um ambiente de trabalho marcado por forte
controle hierárquico, competitivo, com pouca
autonomia dos docentes, grande instabilidade
da relação de emprego e interferência do aluno
cliente, traços que geram o controle pelas vias
do medo alimentado entre os professores,
fazendo com que esses se submetam a
padronização, flexibilização e intensificação
do trabalho, tornando-se os verdadeiros fiscais
de si mesmos. O trabalho docente no ensino
superior privado, portanto, tem natureza de
trabalho não-clássico e produtivo, à medida que
os professores, ao executar seu trabalho se
inserem no processo de valorização do capital
que adota o conhecimento como mercadoria
chave.

Abstract:
This study aims to show how control
of teaching work in private institutions of higher
education in the context of flexible accumulation
is manifested. The study is part of the debate
on control, domination, resistance and consent
in the work environment. The research was
carried out in the institutions of private higher
education of Campina Grande / PB, through
interviews and bibliographical research. As a
result, we can highlight the existence of a work
environment marked by strong hierarchical
control, competitive, with little autonomy of the
teachers, great instability of the employment
relation and interference of the client student,
traits that generate the control by the routes
of fear fed between teachers, causing them to
submit to standardization, flexibilization and
intensification of work, becoming the true tax of
themselves. The teaching work in private higher
education, therefore, has the nature of nonclassic
and productive work, as the teachers, in
performing their work, are inserted in the capital
appreciation process that adopts knowledge as
a key commodity.
