O TRABALHO DO ASSISTENTE SOCIAL NO CRAS: ALGUNS APONTAMENTOS SOBRE A INTERVENÇÃO PROFISSIONAL
O presente artigo visa mostrar alguns apontamentos sobre o trabalho do assistente social no Centro de Referência de Assistência Social (CRAS). Para atingir esse objetivo, é apresentada a concepção de trabalho e seus processos no cenário contemporâneo e são expostas algumas características da organização e das relações no espaço de trabalho além das estratégias/ desafios para execução dos serviços. As questões que perpassam pelo trabalho do CRAS influenciam diretamente no exercício do Serviço Social e as principais considerações indicam elementos significativos que possibilitam uma reflexão crítica sobre a importância da atuação profissional.

Abstract:
This article aims to show some notes about the work of the social worker in the Reference Center for Social Assistance (CRAS). In order to reach this objective, the conception of work and its processes in the contemporary scenario is presented and some characteristics of the organization and the relations in the work space are exposed, besides the strategies / challenges for the execution of the services. The questions that cross the work of CRAS directly influence the exercise of Social Work and the main considerations indicate significant elements that allow a critical reflection on the importance of professional performance.
