O TRABALHO DA EQUIPE MULTIPROFISSIONAL NA UNIDADE DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA
Introdução: Os serviços de terapia intensiva ocupam áreas hospitalares destinadas ao atendimento de pacientes críticos que necessitem de cuidados complexos e especializados. Esses serviços têm como objetivos concentrar recursos humanos e materiais para o atendimento de pacientes graves que exigem assistência permanente. Objetivo: investigar a atuação da equipe multiprofissional dentro da unidade de terapia intensiva por meio de uma pesquisa em literaturas cientificas. Metodologia: Este estudo consiste em uma revisão de literatura, que busca descrever sobre a atuação da equipe multiprofissional dentro da unidade de terapia intensiva. A procura das fontes de informação foi realizada por meio de pesquisas em bases eletrônicas como a scientific electronic library online (SCIELO), literatura Latino-Americana e do caribe em ciências da saúde (LILACS), Biblioteca virtual em saúde (BVS), U.S national library of medicine national institutes of health (PUBMED) e mediacal literature analysis and retrieval system online (MEDLINE). Resultados: Para os resultados deste estudo os 6 artigos selecionados foram apresentados em tópicos, nos quais as abordagens entre eles se assemelhavam. Para a equipe multiprofissional segundo esta pesquisa vários fatores se interligam para a atuação da equipe e para um atendimento de qualidade tanto para os benefícios do paciente, familiares e da própria equipe multiprofissional que presta assistência na UTI. As informações foram divididas nos seguintes tópicos: Composição e competências das equipes multiprofissionais na UTI; Abordagem do cuidar em terapia intensiva; Dificuldades no ambiente de trabalho e no trabalho em equipe na unidade de terapia intensiva; Desafios para a equipe multiprofissional. Conclusão: A equipe multiprofissional enfrenta dificuldades relacionadas ao lidar com a morte e com a informação aos familiares, bem como as dificuldades relacionadas com a ausência de trabalho em equipe e com a falta de recursos materiais, como também em algumas situações com a falta do apoio da gestão hospitalar.

Abstract:
Introduction: Intensive care services occupy hospital areas for the care of critical patients who require complex and specialized care. These services aim to concentrate human and material resources for the care of critically ill patients who require permanent assistance. Objective: to investigate the performance of the multiprofessional team within the intensive care unit through research in scientific literature. Methodology: This study consists of a literature review, which seeks to describe the role of the multidisciplinary team within the intensive care unit. The search for information sources was carried out through searches on electronic databases such as the scientific electronic library online (SCIELO), Latin American and Caribbean literature on health sciences (LILACS), Virtual health library (VHL), US national library of medicine national institutes of health (PUBMED) and mediacal literature analysis and retrieval system online (MEDLINE). Results: For the results of this study, the 6 selected articles were presented in topics, in which the approaches between them were similar. For the multiprofessional team according to this research, several factors are interconnected for the performance of the team and for a quality care both for the benefits of the patient, family members and the multidisciplinary team that provides assistance in the ICU. The information was divided into the following topics: Composition and skills of multiprofessional teams in the ICU; Approach to care in intensive care; Difficulties in the work environment and teamwork in the intensive care unit; Challenges for the multiprofessional team. Conclusion: The multiprofessional team faces difficulties related to dealing with death and providing information to family members, as well as difficulties related to the absence of teamwork and the lack of material resources, as well as in some situations with the lack of support. hospital management.
