O TOM DA IDEOLOGIA NA MÚSICA “AGUATEIRO”: REPRESENTAÇÕES E SIGNIFICADOS DO TRABALHO SALADERIL
A arte através de suas inúmeras manifestações dialoga com a realidade social, ora confirmando valores, ora os denunciando, mas sempre de forma cognoscível e sempre desempenhando funções que para além do elemento estético. Por isso, o campo artístico também é um espaço buscado pelos segmentos sociais dominantes na sociedade, os quais tem nas diferentes linguagens artísticas, múltiplos canais de comunicação e de difusão das ideias que intentam consolidar como dominantes. E é por isso, igualmente que o campo das artes é também arena para as disputas e conflitos que são vivenciadas pela sociedade. A música de natureza regionalista Aguateiro, explora em sua letra o contexto do trabalho em um estabelecimento saladeril (unidade produtora de carne-seca, regionalmente conhecida como charque). De vertente histórica romantizada, a composição apresenta a atividade laboral de forma idealizada, evidenciando o grande fosse existe, com relação à cultura regional do gaúcho, entre a realidade histórica e a ideia é vivenciada pela população rio-grandense sobre a formação histórica local.

Abstract:
Art through its numerous manifestations dialogues with social reality, sometimes confirming values, sometimes denouncing them, but always in a knowable way and always performing functions that go beyond the aesthetic element. Therefore, the artistic field is also a space sought by the dominant social segments in society, which have, in the different artistic languages, multiple channels of communication and dissemination of ideas that they intend to consolidate as dominant. And that is why, equally, the field of arts is also an arena for disputes and conflicts that are experienced by society. The music of a regionalist nature, Aguateiro, explores in its lyrics the context of work in a saladeril establishment (dry meat production unit, regionally known as charque). From a romanticized historical perspective, the composition presents the work activity in an idealized way, showing the great gap there is, in relation to the regional culture of the gaucho, between the historical reality and the idea that is experienced by the population of Rio Grande do Sul about the local historical formation.
