O SUAS NA CONTEMPORANEIDADE: entre as lógicas do aperfeiçoamento e da restrição
O objetivo desse artigo é
problematizar os desafios que a Política de
Assistência Social vem enfrentando nos
últimos anos, especificamente a partir de 2015,
devido à instalação de uma lógica restritiva de
investimento nas políticas públicas que tem
dilapidado o orçamento. Destacam-se também
as tentativas de aprovar mudanças que
descaracterizarão o BPC, um dos principais
programas de transferência de renda que têm
dividido opiniões, assim como a instituição de
programas que fogem aos preceitos perseguidos
pela Política, como o Criança Feliz, que evoca
modos de fazer há muitos distanciados, como
o primeiro damismo e o atendimento individual.
Conclui-se que, apesar das conquistas e do
aperfeiçoamento - principalmente após a
instituição do Sistema Único de Assistência
Social que trouxe capilaridade para o serviço
-, a lógica restritiva instituída tem limitado a
capacidade de crescimento e de possibilitar
mudanças permanentes.

Abstract:
The objective of this article is to
problematize the challenges that the Social
Assistance Policy has been facing in the
last years, specifically from 2015 due to the
installation of a restrictive logic of investment
in the public policies that have squandered the
budget. It is also worth mentioning the attempts
to approve changes that will disqualify the BPC,
one of the main programs of income transfer that
has divided opinions, as well as the institution of
programs that escape the precepts persecuted
by the Politics like Happy Child, that evokes
ways of doing there are many distanced, such as
the first damismo and the individual attention. It
is concluded that despite the achievements and
improvement mainly after the establishment
of the Single System of Social Assistance that
brought capillarity to the service, the restrictive
logic instituted has limited the capacity for
growth and to enable permanent changes.
