O SUAS e SUS na região da Amepar e as demandas gerenciais para o trabalho do Assistente Social
Os municípios brasileiros têm se deparado com a intensificação das relações federativas. Em razão de compromissos firmados através de pactos e adesões a programas e projetos, uma diversidade de ações passaram a ser organizadas e desenvolvidas pela via de sistemas. Dentre eles destacamos a gestão dos sistemas de saúde, assistência social, educação, entre outros. Estas formas de incorporação das políticas federais têm se respaldado nas interrelações governamentais, nas demandas locais, nos incentivos agregados aos programas federais e nas condições materiais para a efetivação das políticas que incluem a disponibilidade de estrutura física, de pessoal e financeira. Partindo desta nova configuração, a proposta deste artigo é apresentar resultados da pesquisa realizada em municipios localizados no norte do Paraná, cujo objetivo é demonstrar os impactos da complexificação da gestão das políticas no trabalho do assistente social. A metodologia se baseia na abordagem qualitativa, na pesquisa documental e de campo. Nesta fase recorremos aos documentos que sistematizam informações dos territorios que orientam a gestão das políticas de saúde e assistência social em diferentes municípios da Associação dos Municípios do Médio-Paranapanema – AMEPAR.

Abstract:
The Brazilian municipalities have been in the process of intensifying federative relations. Due to commitments made through pacts and adaptations to programs and projects, a diversity of actions began to be organized and developed through systems. Among them we highlight the management of health systems, social assistance, education, among others. These forms of incorporation of federal policies have been supported by government interrelations, local demands, incentives added to federal programs and material conditions for the implementation of policies that include the availability of physical, personnel and financial structure. Starting from this new configuration, the purpose of this article is to present results of the research carried out in municipalities located in the north of Paraná, whose objective is to demonstrate the impacts of the complexification of policy management in the work of the social worker. The methodology is based on the qualitative approach, documentary and field research. In this phase we use the documents that systematize information from the territories that guide the management of health and social assistance policies in different municipalities of the Association of Municipalities of The Middle-Paranapanema - AMEPAR.
