O Sonho da Cor do Arco-Íris e a Homofobia no Caminho de Vidas
A nossa experiência nascida
da participação na 12ª Jornada Nordestina
LGBT, nos mostrou a importância dos estudos
antropológicos para a compreensão e divulgação
das militâncias dessa classe ainda carente de
atenção e respeito, e necessitada da devolução
dos seus direitos civis, os quais devem ser
postulados a esse elo desgarrado da sociedade,
sem a minimização da satisfação da orientação
sexual de cada indivíduo militante ou não, preto
ou amarelo, rico ou pobre. E é pairando sobre o
multicolorido arco-íris do Brasil, principalmente
da região Nordeste e, especialmente, nas cores
centradas na grande região de Picos, vimos
recentemente a mobilização do movimento
LGBT buscando a ascensão dos seus direitos
e o apregoamento das vontades e sentimentos
no cunho homossexual evolutivo da sociedade
picoense. Discutiremos a sapiência dos saberes
populares ou locais, atrelados aos saberes
mundiais, para enveredarmos pelo caminho de
um entendimento que seja plausível e culmine
com diálogos positivos para uma sociedade
igualitária. A nossa opinião, é que a história
escrita tem o pensamento colonial dos ditos
‘saberes universais’ e, a Antropologia Jurídica
hoje, é elo massificante de saberes, essa
ciência, deve promover hoje a evolução dos
povos em sociedade com o entendimento da
história passada desmistificando orientações
dominadoras. O movimento LGBT está
se alargando no sentido de que as suas
deliberações focam em solidariedade,
resistência e persistência, na busca pelo respeito
e também por políticas públicas que engajem
esforços no sentido de propiciar além dos seus
direitos como cidadãos, também a inclusão
dos indivíduos na sociedade como um todo:
na universalização dos seus direitos à saúde,
à educação e à liberdade de viverem com base
nas suas escolhas individuais baseadas nas
próprias decisões do uso do seu corpo e dos
seus sentimentos como melhor lhes aprouver.
A barreira criada pela sociedade e até por suas
próprias famílias, indicando esses indivíduos
como tendo um desvio particular, antes considerado uma doença pela ciência médica, mais precisamente, um pensamento
situado nas áreas da psiquiatria e psicologia, é uma conduta reprovável por uma parcela
crescente da sociedade, e traz a estes seres, a ansiedade, a angústia e a depressão
e, estas sim, são doenças que tomam ou se tornam as mãos da condenação dada
por uma normativa de um pensamento arcaicamente socializado pelos indivíduos
crentes de terem saberes puros, o que os excluem – os outros: os impuros – do
convívio familiar e social, culminando muitas vezes com a decisão de darem cabo
ou por um fim a própria existência, quando se encontram naquele vazio existencial
interior e, onde não acham uma palavra, um alento para lhes tirar das mãos da fria
morte. Nos tempos atuais e mundo afora, um grupo com poder atropela os saberes
minoritários. A incoerência das ações de poder tornam-se legítimas e são aprovadas
pelo silêncio da sociedade na sua ingerência das verdades humanas e na concepção
de bem-estar social frente à aniquilação das liberdades individuais e, na ritualização
de uma dogmática secular, irracional e criminosa, o que sentencia vidas consideradas
desviadas a se tornarem um excremento particular e antissocial e, como se fosse um
espectro de outro mundo. O preconceito e a violência velada contra os negros, índios,
LGBT e outras tantas gentes batizadas de minorias, vem com um pensamento dos
tempos em que a humanidade ainda não sabia que a terra era redonda e, por isso,
temos a responsabilidade de combatê-los e mostrar a todos novos horizontes e mais
dignidade.

Abstract:
Our experience born of participation in the 12th Northeast LGBT Day
showed us the importance of anthropological studies for the understanding and
dissemination of the militancy of this class still lacking attention and respect, and in
need of the return of their civil rights, which must be postulated to this stray link of
society, without minimizing the satisfaction of the sexual orientation of each militant or
not, black or yellow, rich or poor. And it is hovering over the multicolored rainbow of
Brazil, especially the Northeast region and especially the colors centered in the great
Picos region, we recently saw the mobilization of the LGBT movement seeking the rise
of its rights and the proclamation of wills and feelings in the evolutionary homosexual
nature of picoense society. We will discuss the wisdom of popular or local knowledge,
linked to world knowledge, to take the path of an understanding that is plausible and
culminates in positive dialogues for an egalitarian society. Our opinion is that written
history has the colonial thought of the so-called “universal knowledges” and, Legal
Anthropology today, is a massifying link of knowledge, this science should promote
today the evolution of peoples in society with the understanding of past history.

anxiety, anguish and depression, and these are diseases that take or become the
hands of condemnation given by a normative of archaically socialized thought by
believing individuals to have pure knowledge, which exclude others: the impure - from
family and social life, often culminating in the decision to end their own existence or end
when they are in that inner existential void and, where they cannot find a word, a breath
to take it from the hands of cold death. In present times and around the world, a group
with power runs over minority knowledge. The incoherence of power actions becomes
legitimate and is approved by the silence of society in its interference with human
truths and in the conception of social welfare in the face of the annihilation of individual
freedoms and in the ritualization of a secular, irrational and criminal dogmatic, which
sentences lives considered diverted to become a particular and antisocial excrement
and, as if it were a specter from another world. Prejudice and veiled violence against
blacks, indians, LGBT, and so many minority people comes with a thought of the times
when humanity did not yet know that the earth was round, so we have a responsibility
to fight it and show them new horizons and more dignity.
