O SISTEMA NACIONAL DE AVALIAÇÃO DA EDUCAÇÃO SUPERIOR (SINAIS) À LUZ DA POLÍTICA JURÍDICA
A avaliação da educação superior constitui-se temática sobre o modo perquirida no Brasil. Posto que a seu histórico seja recente, muito já foi produzido e questionado em termos de necessidade de avaliação da educação superior e como ela deve se operacionalizar. O modelo do Sistema Nacional de Avaliação da Educação Superior (SINAES), instituído pela Lei nº 10.861, de 14 de abril de 2004, sucede e abrange o Exame Nacional de Cursos constituindo-se pelos programas de avaliação dos cursos de graduação, das instituições de educação superior e do desempenho do aluno. Todavia, até as análises axiológicas da matéria não lograram suplantar o paradigma instrumental. Esta pesquisa colima verificar se a avaliação da educação superior se sintoniza com a Política Jurídica.

Abstract:
The evaluation of higher education is a theme about the way acquired in Brazil. Since its history is recent, much has already been produced and questioned in terms of the need to evaluate higher education and how it should be made operational. The model of the National System of Evaluation of Higher Education (SINAES), instituted by Law nº 10.861, of April 14, 2004, succeeds and covers the National Examination of Courses, consisting of the programs of evaluation of undergraduate courses, institutions of higher education and student performance. However, even the axiological analyses of the subject did not succeed in supplanting the instrumental paradigm. This research collima verifies if the evaluation of higher education is in tune with the Legal Policy.
