O SISTEMA CARCERÁRIO BRASILEIRO FRENTE AO ESTADO DE COISAS INCONSTITUCIONAL EM RELAÇÃO AS PRESAS GESTANTES
O presente trabalho tem por objetivo
discutir o atual cenário do sistema carcerário
brasileiro em relação às presas gestantes e suas
necessidades do dia a dia dentro do sistema.
Para tanto, busca identificar quais são os
problemas enfrentados pelo sistema prisional,
identificando os fenômenos que deram origem
a essas precariedades. No mais, a pesquisa
conta com renomados doutrinadores nacionais
e estrangeiros, além de legislação específica
sobre o tema e outras de ordem constitucional
que servem para embasar juridicamente o
estudo. Com base nessas diretrizes, além
de análises jurisprudenciais, pretende traçar
elementos fundamentais e históricos sobre o
recorte realizado para demonstrar a realidade
sombria dos presídios.

Abstract:
The present study aims to discuss
the current scenario of the brazilian prison
system with regard to pregnant inmates and their
daily needs within the system. To do so, it seeks
to identify the problems faced by the prison
system by identifying the phenomena that gave
rise to these precarious situations. Furthermore,
the research has renowned national and foreign
scholars, as well as specific legislation on the
subject and others of a constitutional order that
serve to support the study legally. Based on
these guidelines, in addition to jurisprudential
analysis, it intends to trace fundamental and
historical elements about the cut made to
demonstrate the gloomy reality of prisons.
