O SERVIÇO SOCIAL EM UMA EMERGÊNCIA PÚBLICA: A IMPORTÂNCIA DO TRABALHO EM REDES NO CONTEXTO DA PANDEMIA DE COVID-19
RESUMO: O objetivo deste artigo é refletir a respeito da atuação de uma equipe de Serviço Social inserida numa Emergência Hospitalar Pública e a importância da rede de serviços frente à pandemia da COVID-19, considerando as desigualdades sociais que caracterizam o país. Como metodologia, optou-se pela realização de um relato de experiência, tendo por base a articulação das redes de serviços intrasetorial e intersetorial, necessária para resolutividades das demandas sociais, dentro do processo de assistência em uma Emergência Hospitalar. Nesta perspectiva, problematiza-se os desafios da assistência integral em saúde, bem como o necessário mapeamento da rede de serviços inserida no território de referência do usuário e também as condições de resposta e reorganização frente ao momento vivenciado. Como resultados, espera-se contribuir para ampliação da discussão a respeito do trabalho em redes como estratégia para a operacionalização da assistência integral em saúde e acesso a direitos, bem como evidenciar o necessário fortalecimento de políticas públicas como forma de proteção social e sanitária diante de um contexto pandêmico.

Abstract:
ABSTRACT: The objective of this article is to reflect on the performance of a Social Work team inserted in a Public Hospital Emergency and the importance of the service network in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, considering the social inequalities that characterize the country. As a methodology, it was chosen to carry out an experience report, based on the articulation of intrasectorial and intersectorial service networks, that are necessary for resolving social demands within the care process in a Hospital Emergency. In this perspective, the challenges of comprehensive health care are problematized, as well as the necessary mapping of the service network within the user’s reference territory and the conditions of response and reorganization in face of the experienced moment. As a result, it is expected to contribute to the expansion of the discussion regarding working with networks as a strategy for operationalizing comprehensive health care and access to rights, as well as highlighting the necessary strengthening of public policies as a way of social and health protection in the face of a pandemic context.
