O SENTIDO DE VIDA E A EDUCAÇÃO PARA A SAÚDE DE PACIENTES ONCOLÓGICOS
A vivência de uma pessoa com câncer é repleta de desafios, pois o tratamento muitas vezes agressivo traz repercussões em diferentes áreas do viver. Para que as ações do enfermeiro em Educação e Saúde sejam efetivas, é necessária uma concepção de saúde que contemple o ser humano em sua integralidade, na qual pode ser incorporado teorias como Logoteoria e Análise Existencial de Viktor Frankl, uma vez o pensamento de Frankl traz a concepção de um ser integral e sua responsabilidade pela própria vida. O objetivo desse trabalho é identificar as contribuições da Logoteoria e Análise Existencial nas ações de enfermagem de educação e saúde de pacientes oncológicos. A metodologia utilizada é o relato de experiência, adotando o método descritivo segundo as etapas sequenciais da realidade concreta. O Projeto Promovendo a Vida que faz parte das atividades práticas da disciplina Enfermagem Oncológica, é um exemplo de Educação para a Saúde, onde os conceitos de saúde integral e os princípios da Logoteoria e Análise Existencial são aplicados, buscando o desenvolvimento de valores atitudinais e auxiliando o paciente na busca de uma vida plena. A atividade acontece na Rede Feminina de Combate ao Câncer, uma entidade filantrópica, que atende pessoas em situação de vulnerabilidade social acometidas pelo câncer. Os conceitos da Logoteoria qualificaram a ação do enfermeiro trazendo novos recursos para cuidar da integralidade do ser humano que poderão ser aprimorados e avaliados.

Abstract:
The experience of a person with cancer has many challenges, as the often-aggressive treatment has repercussions in different fields of life. Just so the nurse’s actions in Education and Health are effective, it is necessary a conception of health that contemplates the human being in its entirety, in which theories such as Viktor Frankl Logotherapy and Existential Analysis can be incorporated, once Frankl’s thought brings the conception of a comprehensive being and his/her responsibility for his/her own life. The objective of this paper is to identify the contributions of Logotherapy and Existential Analysis in nursing education and health actions of cancer patients. The methodology used is the experience report, adopting the descriptive method according to the sequential steps of concrete reality. The Project Promoting Life, which is part of the clinical activities of the Oncology Nursing subject, is an example of Health Education, where the concepts of comprehensive health and the principles of Existential Analysis and Logotherapy are applied, seeking the development of valuable actions and helping the patient in search of a full life. The action takes place at the Women’s Network to Fight Cancer, a philanthropic entity that serves people in socially vulnerable situations affected by cancer. The concepts of Logotherapy qualified the action of the nurse bringing new resources to take care of the integrality of the human that could be improved and evaluated.
