O SECRETÁRIO EXECUTIVO E SUAS CONTRIBUIÇÕES NAS ESTRATÉGIAS ORGANIZACIONAIS DE RESPONSABILIDADE SOCIO-AMBIENTAL: UM ESTUDO EM EMPRESAS DO MUNICÍPIO DE GUARAPUAVA
Pode-se considerar que as empresas que trabalham de maneira correta, seguindo os princípios da ética e da moral que estão contidas no contexto de responsabilidade social e ambiental proporcionam uma relação positiva, com os seus empregados e com a comunidade, através dos valores que são disseminados, tornando essas empresas competitivas no mercado que atuam. O Profissional de Secretariado Executivo nesse contexto de Responsabilidade Social e Ambiental, pode ter contribuição importante, dentro de suas atribuições profissionais, como Gestor, Assessor, Consultor ou até mesmo no âmbito de Pesquisador. O objetivo do presente trabalho foi de identificar as contribuições desse profissional no assessoramento das estratégias organizacionais de Responsabilidade Social e Ambiental utilizando-se como base uma ferramenta de gestão da Fundação Nacional de Qualidade - FQN. Classifica-se esse trabalho como de natureza qualitativa, com abordagem exploratória e descritiva, através de pesquisa bibliográfica e de campo, através da aplicação de questionário encaminhado para profissionais de Secretariado Executivo de quatro empresas de médio e grande porte, do município de Guarapuava, Paraná. Os resultados demonstraram que esse profissional está alinhado aos fundamentos de gestão que são imprescindíveis para a implantação e acompanhamento de políticas organizacionais voltadas para a temática desenvolvida nesse trabalho e, portanto, pode-se afirmar que esse profissional pode contribuir na implementação de estratégias de Responsabilidade Socioambiental das organizações

Abstract:
It can be considered that companies that work correctly, following the principles of ethics and morals that are contained in the context of social and environmental responsibility, provide a positive relationship, with their employees and with the community, through the values that are disseminated, making these companies competitive in the market in which they operate. The Executive Secretariat Professional in this context of Social and Environmental Responsibility, can make an important contribution, within their professional attributions, as Manager, Advisor, Consultant or even within the scope of Researcher. The objective of the present work was to identify the contributions of this professional in advising the organizational strategies of Social and Environmental Responsibility using as a basis a management tool of the National Quality Foundation - FQN. This work is classified as qualitative in nature, with an exploratory and descriptive approach, through bibliographic and field research, through the application of a questionnaire sent to professionals from the Executive Secretariat of four medium and large companies in the city of Guarapuava, Paraná . The results showed that this professional is in line with the fundamentals of management that are essential for the implementation and monitoring of organizational policies focused on the theme developed in this work and, therefore, it can be said that this professional can contribute to the implementation of Socioenvironmental Responsibility strategies of organizations.
