O RECONHECIMENTO DOS BENS CULTURAIS COMO SUPORTE AO RESTAURO NA ATUALIDADE
O presente artigo tem por objetivo explorar a dimensão do reconhecimento do bem cultural, a partir da noção enquanto objeto cultural e sua relação existencial no campo da salvaguarda, buscando situar o papel exercido no âmbito do restauro crítico, enquanto uma das correntes adotadas por projetos de intervenção física sobre os bens. No Brasil, tem se observado que ações de restauro sobre os bens culturais materiais, os imóveis, por vezes, resultam estranhas à natureza da preexistência e à relação com o entorno, acarretando a eliminação de traços relevantes da sua passagem no tempo, cujas causas podem estar associadas à ausência ou deficiência da ação de reconhecimento do bem cultural. Sob entendimentos da hermenêutica e da história da arte, em interlocução à abordagem crítica do restauro, o reconhecimento deve se dar como produto da interação entre os sujeitos e os bens, em um contexto relacional. Entende-se que as ações de compreensão e interpretação lhe são correlatas e preliminares, e contribuem para a manifestação do reconhecimento do bem na consciência humana, em suas instâncias estética e histórica. Dentre as considerações, o reconhecimento consiste na atividade essencial à compreensão do bem, que pode servir de fundamento a uma ação valorativa, para a condução das soluções de restauro.

Abstract:
This article aims to explore the dimension of the recognition of the cultural good, based on the notion as a cultural object and its existential relationship in the field of safeguarding, seeking to situate the role played in the context of critical restoration, as one of the currents adopted by projects of physical intervention on the goods. In Brazil, it has been observed that restoration actions on material cultural goods, the real estate, sometimes, are foreign to the nature of the pre-existence and the relationship with the surroundings, leading to the elimination of relevant traces of their passage through time, the causes of which can be associated with the absence or deficiency of the action to recognize the cultural good. Under understandings of hermeneutics and art history, in interlocution to the critical approach to restoration, recognition must take place as a product of the interaction between subjects and goods, in a relational context. It is understood that the actions of understanding and interpretation are correlated and preliminary, and contribute to the manifestation of the recognition of the good in human consciousness, in its aesthetic and historical instances.
