O QUE INDICA A VERSÃO PRELIMINAR DA PROPOSTA PARA A BASE NACIONAL COMUM DA FORMAÇÃO DE PROFESSORES DA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA COM RELAÇÃO À INCLUSÃO ESCOLAR DE ESTUDANTES COM NEE
A partir da proposta da Educação
Inclusiva (EI), na década de 90, a escola
regular tem recebido a matrícula de estudantes
com necessidades educacionais especiais
(NEE) e os professores que os atendem, em
sua maioria, se declaram despreparados para
trabalhar com estes estudantes, entre eles,
está o de Educação Física (EF). Por meio de
uma pesquisa documental e bibliográfica,
objetivamos com este trabalho: 1) verificar o
que indica a versão preliminar da proposta para
Base Nacional Comum (BNC) em relação à
formação dos professores da educação básica,
no que se refere ao atendimento educacional dos
estudantes com NEE em sala de aula inclusiva;
2) analisar a adequação das orientações
contidas na proposta para BNC para minimizar
as dificuldades encontradas pelos professores
de EF em relação à formação inicial, para incluir
estudantes com NEE dispostas nas pesquisas
mais recentes da área. Os resultados obtidos
indicaram que, a proposta para BNC da
formação de professores apresenta poucas
orientações para melhorar a formação inicial
dos professores da educação básica de todo
o país, com relação à inclusão de estudantes
com NEE, na educação básica. Como evidencia
as análises elas se apresentam vagas e não
explicitam como operacionalizá-las.

Abstract:
From the Inclusive Education
proposal, in the 90's, the regular school has been
enrolled by students with special educational
needs and the teachers that attend them mostly
declare themselves unprepared to work with
them students, among them, is the Physical Education. Through a documentary and
bibliographic research, the objective of this work is: 1) to verify what indicates the
preliminary version of the proposal for the Common National Base in relation to the
formation of the basic education teachers, regarding the educational attendance of
the students with special educational needs in an inclusive classroom; 2) to analyze
the adequacy of the guidelines contained in the proposal for Common National Base
to minimize the difficulties encountered by Physical Education teachers in relation to
initial education, to include students with special educational needs who are willing
in the most recent research in the area. The results indicated that the proposal for
teacher education Common National Base presents few guidelines to improve the
initial formation of basic education teachers from all over the country, regarding the
inclusion of students with special educational needs in basic education. As evidenced
by the analyzes they are vague and do not explain how to operationalize them.
