Abstract: This work was presented in the form of a video poster at the IX ABRAPESP Congress - Sports Psychology in Brazil in the 21st Century - 20 years of ABRAPESP. Issue to be discussed: To present what the movement culture is, how it is organized, and the various elements that characterize its occurrence. In this sense, to bring its relationship with phenomenological stance as one of these elements. Theoretical-methodological foundation and argumentation of the issue: The contemporary world is marked by constant proposals to break paradigms in various areas of knowledge. In this regard, philosophical currents, epistemological stances, and diverse worldviews are constantly being presented and trying to establish themselves in society's unfolding. This is evident in politics, culture, through social movements, and also permeates academic discussions. Therefore, this work aims to theoretically present one of these paradigm-breaking proposals - the movement culture. To achieve this goal, it was chosen to present a video poster showing the history of this movement, its characteristics, and the importance of its knowledge for health professionals and especially those interested in and/or dedicated to human movement. Presenting this culture as a new paradigm is not intended to bring a correct and final view of the world, but to present it as it appears: as a stance towards human existence, taking into account physiological, psychological, social, and existential aspects. Thus, a parallel is also drawn between the movement culture and the phenomenological stance in terms of always "returning to the things themselves," in this case, "to movement itself." "Returning to movement itself" implies constantly suppressing assumptions about what is understood by human movement and allowing it to appear in its various possibilities. Suggestions - Directions for further action: It is suggested that those interested in the movement culture engage in some form of movement practice to experience it firsthand and corporeally. In this sense, a contemporary movement practice workshop will be proposed at the congress event itself so that people can have this experience.
