O PROJETO INTEGRADOR COMO ESTRATÉGIA EDUCACIONAL NO CURSO TÉCNICO DE NÍVEL MÉDIO EM ADMINISTRAÇÃO NO ÂMBITO DO INSTITUTO FEDERAL DO PIAUÍ - CAMPUS CORRENTE*
O processo de ensino e aprendizagem atual encontra-se voltado para uma realidade de ensino estruturada em uma proposta pedagógica envolvendo estratégias interdisciplinares no currículo a fim de fortalecer a formação dos educandos e potencializar suas competências e habilidades para enfrentar o mercado de trabalho. Atrelado a esse processo, o Projeto Integrador (componente curricular pautado na legislação educacional como obrigatório e recomendado para a integração dos conhecimentos e saberes desenvolvidos em uma disciplina) articula conhecimentos com o exercício profissional, por meio da interação entre teoria e prática, conhecimento científico e experiência profissional. Nessa linha de pensamento, este estudo parte da importância que as práticas educativas modernas assumem no processo de ensino e aprendizagem do discente e seu reflexo positivo no ambiente profissional. Portanto, objetiva-se investigar como o Projeto Integrador enquanto prática profissional contribui para a integração entre teoria e prática em situações de vivência, aprendizagem e trabalho no âmbito do Curso Técnico Integrado ao Ensino Médio em Administração – IFPI – Campus Corrente, em consonância à finalidade de propiciar formação em Educação Profissional e Tecnológica, visando tanto a produção de conhecimentos como o desenvolvimento de produtos, por meio da realização de pesquisas que integrem saberes inerentes ao mundo do trabalho e o conhecimento sistematizado.

Abstract:
The current teaching and learning process is facing a structured teaching reality in a pedagogical proposal involving interdisciplinary strategies in the curriculum in order to strengthen the education of students and enhance their skills and abilities to face the job market. Linked to this process, the Integrator Project (a curriculum component based on educational legislation as mandatory and recommended for the integration of knowledge and knowledge developed in a discipline) articulates knowledge with professional practice, through the interaction between theory and practice, scientific knowledge and professional experience. In this line of thought, this study starts from the importance that modern educational practices assume in the student's teaching and learning process and its positive impact on the professional environment. Therefore, the objective is to investigate how the Integrating Project as a professional practice contributes to the integration between theory and practice in situations of experience, learning and work within the scope of the Technical Course Integrated to High School in Administration - IFPI - Current Campus, in line with the purpose to provide training in Professional and Technological Education, aiming at both the production of knowledge and the development of products, through research that integrates knowledge inherent to the world of work and systematized knowledge.
