O PROJETO ESCOLA SEM PARTIDO E A CONSTRUÇÃO DE UMA EDUCAÇÃO BURGUESA NO SÉCULO XXI
A pesquisa será realizada tendo
como foco o Projeto de Lei 7.180/14, buscando
compreender os conceitos e traçar uma relação
– ou não - entre a proposta, os fundamentos da
educação e a perspectiva marxista. Pretende
explicar a teoria marxista e a educação, além de
utilizar o conceito de alienação no pensamento
de Marx. Além disso, será discutida a questão do
controle do trabalho docente, sendo a liberdade
de cátedra assegurada pela Constituição
Federal de 1988. O pano de fundo é, inclusive,
a sociedade capitalista e a exposição do
conservadorismo, de forma que é possível
perceber quem são os verdadeiros interessados
na aprovação do projeto e os seus motivos. O
alvo são os educadores que, no dia a dia, tem
sentido a prática dessa perseguição produto
do conservadorismo. Ademais, pelo momento
que o artigo foi escrito, serão analisadas,
brevemente, as primeiras notícias envolvendo

Abstract:
The research will be carried out
focusing on the Law Project 7.180/14, seeking
to understand the concepts and to create a
relation - or not - between the proposal, the
fundamentals of education and the Marxist
perspective. It aims to explain Marxist theory
and education, as well as to use the concept
of alienation in Marx's thought. In addition, the
issue of the control of teaching work will be
discussed, with the freedom of professorship
guaranteed by the Federal Constitution of 1988.
The background is the capitalist society and the
exposition of conservatism, so that it is possible
to perceive who are the real stakeholders in
the approval of the project and its reasons. The
target is the educators who, day to day, have
felt the results of this persecution product of
conservatism. In addition, by the time the article
was written, will be analyzed, briefly, the first
news involving education at the beginning of the
new federal government.
