O PROJETO DIRETOR DE TURMA COMO MEDIAÇÃO PARA A ESCOLHA PROFISSIONAL
O projeto diretor de turma tem uma grande importância para os alunos do ensino médio, pois o professor engajado para acompanhar uma turma durante três anos, além da responsabilidade que lhe é confiada, existe um compromisso com cada estudante com relação ao seu projeto de vida. Com isso, a partir da 2ª série do ensino médio nas aulas de formação cidadã, pensamos em trabalhar com a mediação da escolha profissional, onde precisávamos levar o conhecimento sobre o significado do ENEM e as possibilidades que ele pode oferecer para o futuro desse estudante, conhecimento sobre as principais universidades públicas do Estado e rodas de conversas com universitários. Na 3ª série, mediamos o contato com profissionais de diversas áreas para relato de experiências e mercado de trabalho. Dessa forma levaríamos aos nossos alunos a refletirem sobre seu futuro tendo como perspectiva a universidade para sua escolha profissional.

Abstract:
The Classroom Manager Teacher Project is of great importance for High School students, as the teacher engaged to accompany a class for three years, in addition to the responsibility entrusted to him, there is a commitment with each student regarding his life project. As a result, from the 2nd grade of High School on Citizen Education classes, we thought about working with the mediation of professional choice, where we needed to take the knowledge about the meaning of ENEM (Exame Nacional do Ensino Médio) and the possibilities it can offer for the future of this student knowledge about the main public Universities in the State and conversations with University students. In the 3rd grade, we mediate contact with professionals from different areas to report experiences and the job market. In this way, we would encourage our students to reflect on their future with the University in mind for their professional choice
