O PROFISSIONAL DE ENFERMAGEM E A HUMANIZAÇÃO DO CUIDADO NA UNIDADE DE TERAPIA INTENSIVA NEONATAL
Ao nascer, o recém nato (RN) pode necessitar de internação em uma unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal (UTINs), trazendo aos pais sentimentos indesejados e temíveis, como: medo, angústia, culpa e insegurança acarretando uma separação precoce entre pais/familiares e os RNs. Dessa forma, despertamos o interesse em descrever o papel do Profissional de Enfermagem sobre a humanização do cuidado na Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal. O objetivo do trabalho foi identificar possíveis fatores que possam interferir na aplicabilidade da assistência humanizada e as estratégias adotadas pela equipe de enfermagem para promover o cuidado humanizado na UTIN. A metodologia adotada para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa foi a revisão integrativa da literatura. Foram consultados 50 artigos, 13 atenderam aos critérios de inclusão. Na análise e categorização dos dados observamos que a comunicação efetiva é um fator essencial para promover clareza, diminuindo os estímulos estressores do ambiente, favorecendo alívio e conforto aos pais. Concluímos que é necessário investir na formação e treinamento da equipe de enfermagem das UTINs, promovendo capacitação técnica, está associada a comunicação efetiva e sensível favorece aos pais/familiares a diminuição dos anseios externados por eles, a comunicação é um dos fatores principais da humanização.

Abstract:
At birth, the newborn (NB) may need to be admitted to a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), bringing unwanted and fearful feelings to parents, such as: fear, anguish, guilt and insecurity, leading to an early separation between parents/family members and parents. the RNs. Thus, we arouse interest in describing the role of the Nursing Professional on the humanization of care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The objective of this study was to identify possible factors that may interfere with the applicability of humanized care and the strategies adopted by the nursing team to promote humanized care in the NICU. The methodology adopted for the development of the research was the integrative literature review. Fifty articles were consulted, 13 met the inclusion criteria. In the analysis and categorization of the data, we observed that effective communication is an essential factor to promote clarity, reducing the stressors of the environment, favoring relief and comfort for parents. We conclude that it is necessary to invest in the formation and training of the nursing staff of the NICUs, promoting technical training, it is associated with effective and sensitive communication, it favors parents/family members to reduce the anxieties expressed by them, communication is one of the main factors of humanization.
