O PROFISSIONAL DA EDUCAÇÃO INFANTIL E A ORGANIZAÇÃO NA ROTINA PEDAGÓGICA
A rotina na educação infantil tem como promoção o desenvolvimento do trabalho pedagógico nas instituições de Educação Infantil, a sua organização e o atendimento à criança, realizando assim a função de organizar o trabalho do educador, porém, esta rotina não pode se tornar vazia e sem significado para as crianças de 0 a 5 anos. Precisa então ser organizada de forma que seja atrativa e variada. Diante da temática foi proposto o seguinte problema: qual o papel da rotina pedagógica na organização do trabalho do professor na educação infantil? Logo o objetivo geral consiste em verificar o papel da rotina pedagógica na organização do professor na educação infantil. Em relação a metodologia, é uma pesquisa qualitativa do tipo de natureza descritiva, exploratória e bibliográfica. Também foram elencados os seguintes objetivos específicos: descrever alguns instrumentos utilizados pelos docentes que contribui para organização das práticas pedagógicas nas instituições infantis. Identificar a importância do trabalho pedagógico na Educação Infantil. Quanto aos resultados deste estudo pretende-se contribuir com os educadores a relevância da organização do trabalho pedagógico, e a análise do papel da rotina nessa etapa da educação básica. É importante o educador perceber que a rotina, além de possibilitar a organização do cotidiano, contribui para a constituição de subjetividades, pois é através dela que a criança desde pequena aprende sobre os rituais e hábitos socioculturais da sociedade tanto do meio familiar como das instituições sociais.

Abstract:
The routine in early childhood education promotes the development of pedagogical work in early childhood education institutions, its organization and care for the child, thus performing the function of organizing the work of the educator, however, this routine cannot become empty and without meaning for children aged 0 to 5 years. It then needs to be organized in a way that is attractive and varied. In view of the theme, the following problem was proposed: what is the role of the pedagogical routine in the organization of the teacher's work in early childhood education? Therefore, the general objective is to verify the role of the pedagogical routine in the teacher's organization in early childhood education. Regarding the methodology, it is a qualitative research of a descriptive, exploratory and bibliographic nature. The following specific objectives were also listed: to describe some instruments used by teachers that contribute to the organization of pedagogical practices in children's institutions. Identify the importance of pedagogical work in Early Childhood Education. As for the results of this study, it is intended to contribute to educators the relevance of the organization of pedagogical work, and the analysis of the role of routine in this stage of basic education. It is important for the educator to realize that the routine, in addition to enabling the organization of daily life, contributes to the constitution of subjectivities, as it is through it that children from a young age learn about the sociocultural rituals and habits of society, both in the family environment and in social institutions.
