O PROFISSIONAL DA EDUCAÇÃO BÁSICA COMO SUJEITO CAPAZ DE INTERVIR NAS INJUSTIÇAS E PRECARIZAÇÕES DAS INFÂNCIAS, ADOLESCÊNCIAS E JUVENTUDES EMPOBRECIDAS
Este artigo aborda o tema
“Educação, Pobreza e Desigualdades Sociais”,
tendo como objetivo de ilustrar o profissional da
Educação Básica como sujeito capaz de intervir
nas injustiças e precarizações das infâncias,
adolescências e juventudes empobrecidas.
O professor é o mediador do processo de
ensino aprendizado ocorrido em sala de aula,
por isso deve mostrar a importância que o
processo da educação tem na vida de seus
alunos, sendo este o caminho para diminuir
a pobreza e acabar com as desigualdades. A
metodologia utilizada para a produção deste
artigo foi pesquisa teórica, pesquisa de campo,
com visita a escola e entrevista, e por meio dela
pode-se conhecer as dificuldades encontradas
pelos professores em sala de aula, sendo
que a falta de interesse dos alunos foi a mais
enfatizada na pesquisa, por isso, foca-se nela.
Permitiu, também, conhecer as metodologias
utilizadas pelos professores e as possíveis
causas da falta de interesse dos alunos pela
educação escolar. Por meio da leitura de alguns
autores, pode-se conhecer novas metodologias
para auxiliar estes professores a envolverem os
alunos no processo de ensino aprendizagem,
levando-os a refletirem sobre o seu papel de
cidadão consciente. Pode-se perceber que
os alunos precisam ter o discernimento que a
diminuição da pobreza e das desigualdades só
será possível por meio da educação, e este é o
papel do professor em sala de aula, intermediar
o conhecimento e as informações, para que
este aluno tenha a possibilidade de sair da linha
da pobreza e da desigualdade.

Abstract:
This article deals with the theme
“Education, Poverty and Social Inequalities”,
aiming to illustrate the Basic Education
professional as a subject capable of intervening
in the injustices and precariousness of
impoverished childhood, adolescence and youth. The teacher is the mediator of the
teaching-learning process that takes place in the classroom, so he should show the
importance that the education process in the students’ lives, which is a way to reduce
poverty and end inequalities. The methodology used for the production of this article
was theoretical research, field research, visits to the school and interview, and through
this methodology one can get to know the difficulties encountered by the teachers in the
classroom, and the lack of interest from students was one of the most emphasized topic
in the research therefore we focuses on it. It also allowed knowing the methodologies
used by the teachers and the possible causes of the students' lack of interest in school
education. By reading some authors, we can learn about new methodologies to help
these teachers to involve students in the teaching-learning process, leading them to
reflect on their role as conscious citizens. It can be seen that students need to have
the insight that the reduction of poverty and inequality will only be possible through
education, and this is the role of the teacher in the classroom, mediate knowledge and
information, so that the students have the possibility to get out of the line of poverty and
inequality.
