O PROFESSOR DE INFORMÁTICA EDUCATIVA E O SEU PAPEL NAS ESCOLAS PÚBLICAS DA REDE MUNICIPAL DE SANTA MARIA
O presente artigo tem como objetivo resgatar a importância da Informática Educativa e o papel do professor multiplicador que atua no Laboratório de Informática Educativa (LIE) ou Sala de Informática das escolas públicas de Ensino Fundamental da Rede Municipal de Santa Maria, bem como resgatar a finalidade do Núcleo de Tecnologia Educacional Municipal (NTEM) na formação destes professores. Para tanto, foi proposta a realização deste estudo, como parte da pesquisa durante o Mestrado Profissional em Tecnologias Educacionais em Rede – Universidade Federal de Santa Maria/UFSM (2017), a partir de abordagem qualitativa com revisão bibliográfica. Após levantamento, junto à Secretaria Municipal de Educação (SMED), foi elaborado um questionário online na plataforma Survio, respondido pelos Professores de Informática Educativa que foram mantidos pela Prefeitura/Mantenedora, no LIE das escolas, abordando questões como: o tipo de formação e a carga horária no laboratório, a opinião sobre o uso das TIC na escola, as dificuldades encontradas para desenvolver o trabalho com as tecnologias, como é feito o planejamento de trabalho para a sala de informática, assim como sugestões dos professores para que o NTEM possa melhor contribuir para a inclusão digital das escolas públicas da rede municipal. Espera-se contribuir na revelação do cenário atual das Tecnologias Educacionais inseridas no contexto escolar, bem como esclarecer o papel e as funções do Professor de Informática Educativa e do NTEM.

Abstract:
This article aims to rescue the importance of Educational Informatics and the role of the multiplier teacher who works in the Educational Informatics Laboratory (LIE) or Informatics Room of the public elementary schools of Santa Maria Municipal Network, as well as to rescue the purpose of the Municipal Educational Technology Center (NTEM) in the training of these teachers. Therefore, it was proposed to conduct this study as part of the research during the Professional Master in Networked Educational Technologies - Federal University of Santa Maria / UFSM (2017), from a qualitative approach with bibliographic review. After survey, with the Municipal Secretary of Education (SMED), an online questionnaire was prepared on the Survio platform, answered by the Teachers of Educational Informatics that were maintained by the City Hall/Maintainer, in the schools' LIE, addressing questions such as: the type of training and the workload in the laboratory, the opinion on the use of ICT in school, the difficulties encountered in developing work with technologies, how work planning is done for the computer room, as well as suggestions from teachers so that NTEM can better contribute to the digital inclusion of public schools in the municipal network. It is expected to contribute to the disclosure of the current scenario of Educational Technologies inserted in the school context, as well as clarify the role and functions of the Educational Informatics Teacher and the NTEM.
