O PROFESSOR, A ÉTICA E SUAS COMPETÊNCIAS
Embora encontrem inúmeras dificuldades pelo caminho, ainda é possível encontrar professores comprometidos com o trabalho a ser desenvolvido com seus alunos. E embora cada professor possua seu método de ensino, existe um norte proposto por Perrenoud, que permite que o professor modelize sua postura frente a sala de aula e a seus educandos. É necessário que o educador mantenha uma postura ética frente a todas situações que encontrar, pois é um influenciador de grande força na formação dos adultos do futuro. Reflexões alinhavadas com contribuições bibliográficas sobre os temas vem com a metodologia, a fim de cumprir o objetivo de expor as novas competências para ensinar, propostas por Perrenoud, as dificuldades que encontram no desempenho de sua função e também o elo existente entre o professor e a ética, que tem papel fundamental na formação do educando. O resultado da pesquisa mostrou que é preciso que o professor esteja em constante reflexão sobre a sua prática, para que seja capaz de discernir sobre a forma como está trabalhando e como isso afeta seus alunos. A escola precisa estar consciente do trabalho sobre ética e este deve ser desenvolvido tanto pelos professores, quanto pela comunidade acadêmica, os pais e responsáveis e a própria comunidade na qual os alunos estão inseridos. É um papel que não pode ser esquecido. A conclusão que essa pesquisa traz é que o professor precisa levar em consideração a sua prática pedagógica em sala de aula, pois tem papel fundamental no desenvolvimento intelectual do seu aluno, podendo ser o foco de crescimento em sua aprendizagem, minimizando as dificuldades encontradas na prática docente. Quando professor, aluno, escola e família estiverem em sintonia total, será finalmente possível fazer o processo de ensino-aprendizagem funcionar eficazmente.

Abstract:
Althought it has found so many difficulties on the way, it is still possible to find committed teachers with the work to be developed with their students. And althought each teacher has his/her teaching method, there is a way proposed by Perrenoud, that allows the teacher to model his/her posture in front of a classroom and the students. It’s necessary the educator to keep an ethical posture compared to all situations that he/she finds, because he/she is an influencer with big impact in the formation of future’s adults. Reflections brought with bibliographic contributions about the themes comes with the methodology, in order to fulfill the objective of exposing the new competences to teach, purposed by Perrenoud. The difficulties that he/she find at the performance of his/her occupation and the link that there is between the teacher and the ethic, has a fundamental role at the formation of the student. The search result showed that it is necessary to teacher being in constant reflection about his/her practice, to be able to discern about the form how he/she works and how this affects his/her students. The school needs to be conscious of the work on ethics and it needs to be developed by teachers and by the academic community, parents and guardians and the community in which the students are inserted. It's a role that can't be forgotten. The conclusion that this search brings is that the teacher needs to consider his/her pedagogical practice in the classroom because he/she has a fundamental role in his/her students intellectual development, it could be the focus of growth of his/her learning, minimizing the difficulties found by the teacher’s practice. When teacher, student, school and family are together it will finally be possible to make the teaching-learning process work effectively.
