O PROCESSO DE LOGÍSTICA REVERSA PÓS-CONSUMO DO ÓLEO LUBRIFICANTE AUTOMOTIVO: ESTUDO DE CASO NO POSTO DALLAS

ambiente e os recursos naturais vem tornandose objeto de estudo por conta das constantes
agressões que o meio ambiente vem sofrendo.
A sociedade e as empresas têm uma grande
responsabilidade com a preservação
ambiental, sobretudo quando se trata de
reaproveitamento e a reciclagem de resíduos
perigosos, como é o caso do Óleo Lubrificante
Usado ou Contaminado (OLUC), que têm a
reciclagem (rerrefino) como a única alternativa
de disposição controlada. Neste sentido, este
estudo tem como objetivo analisar o processo
de logística reversa de óleo lubrificante
automotivo no posto de combustíveis da rede
Dallas no bairro do catolé em Campina GrandePB. Para tanto, o presente estudo realizou uma
pesquisa empírica para obtenção informações
relativas ao assunto em questão e uma revisão
bibliográfica pautada em documentos, uma vez
que, se busca conhecer com maior profundidade
o assunto tornando-o mais claro. Os resultados
demonstraram que as obrigações do posto
em questão estão sendo cumpridas, tanto na
sua relação com os demais atores da cadeia
reversa, como também como revendedor da
cadeia reversa de OLUC, tendo como base o
cumprimento de legislações específicas para
os revendedores de óleo lubrificante, conforme
Resolução CONAMA nº 362/2005, Art. 17.

Abstract:
The concern with the environment
and natural resources has become an object of
study because of the constant aggressions that
the environment has been suffering. Society
and companies have a great responsibility for
environmental preservation, especially when it
comes to the reuse and recycling of hazardous waste, such as Used or Contaminated Lubricant Oil (OLUC), which have the recycling
(rerrefino) as the only controlled disposal alternative. In this sense, this study aims to
analyze the reverse logistics process of automotive lubricant oil at the Dallas network
fuel station in the catolé neighborhood of Campina Grande-PB. For this, the present
study carried out an empirical research to obtain information on the subject in question
and a literature review based on documents, since it is sought to know the subject in
greater depth by making it clearer. The results demonstrated that the obligations of the
station in question are being fulfilled, both in relation to the other actors in the reverse
chain, and also as an OLUC reverse chain dealer, based on compliance with specific
legislation for lubricant oil dealers , according to CONAMA Resolution No. 362/2005,
Art. 17.
